The bottom of the pie was not cooked enough and was very doughy. The service was excellent with friendly staff (5/5 stars). For our taste that is not sanitary, regulars seating at the same table laughing and coughing on the same table where the coffee cups are, is very disgusting and gross. The coffee was always different. I hope this changes. Because people like us that spend the money to stay in the hotel and actually pay to stay deserves the same customer service as anyone else even if you are not a local.
