This shop is very convenient for me. It is near my house, in a shopping center that is easy to get in to and out of. Plenty of parking. There are a few good restaurants next door and a nice Publix grocery store. The staff is always cheerful and friendly. They are knowledgeable about liquor and share tips and recommendations.

While checking out,…read moreI was on a phone call and told the person I was on the phone with to "hold on while I check out" I was advised "I would be helped when I finished my call" to which I responded "can you not check folks out while they're on the phone?" Genuinely asking as I've never encountered this. The female manager working looks at me and in a snarky, condescending tone responds, "no it's rude". I have no issues abiding by rules, but, you're a manager and in customer service not to mention you're taking MY MONEY - I expect a professional response not an attitude. My advice is they should worry less about people being on the phone while checking out and focus on hiring better "management" plus the gross dust and disgusting mold in beer coolers. I will never step foot in this "establishment" again and will be spreading the word how terrible the customer service is.

I have let her attitude go on multiple occasions, but today was my last straw when I repeatedly just tried to greet her and the dark skinned young lady who she was training at the counter today and they both stared me in my eyes and continued on with their conversation as if I wasn't there. At first I had just assumed I might have been too soft spoken ( even though we are arms length away) and asked " how're you doing guys today?" and again they both looked at me and went back to their conversation. I tried a third time because I was just standing there ready to pay the light skinned lady finally replied in a very nasty tone " We're fine..." as if I had interrupted their conversation while they were servicing people. She really does need to go if she doesn't want to have or bring any sense of hospitality to this store, which honestly is the bare minimum. Other than that, I have always enjoyed this location before she was hired on.

The service here was both professional and friendly, the prices were competitive and they had a nice selection. I would definitely recommend a visit here. Also, it is in a good-sized shopping plaza oh, so parking is not an issue. If you are looking for a landmark, look for the Publix supermarket.
