Goodie bag that I got at check-in... I love little presents!
Shannon A.

This is a great extended stay type hotel in Malvern, that features little apartment style rooms with kitchens, living rooms, dining areas, bedrooms, walk-in closets and a bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay here. In particular I appreciated the welcome goodie bag on check-in, the beer, wine and coffee bar in the lobby, the tiny convenience store right off of the lobby and the delicious hot breakfast in the mornings. In addition to the standard and expected pool, there is also a basketball court and BBQ grills for the guests to use (I believe they'll provide a basketball ball up at the front desk) and I *think* I also spied a board game or two in the lobby as well. Basically, this is a nice little home away from home. The rooms are well equipped and cozy and my only two complaints would be that I could hear the occasional loud noise from the rooms around me, so the noise dampening isn't 100%, but it also wasn't a deal breaker and overall I slept fine. And my other issue was that my internet went down without explanation one night and I couldn't resurrect it. (But then again I was too tired to care too much, and took that as my sign that it was bedtime.) One more tiny suggestion, would be to double the amount of coffee condiment packets that you leave in the guest room kitchens, as most people who take cream and sugar in their coffee end up using both condiments packets for just one cup of coffee, because the creamer and sugar amount is so scant in those things. Otherwise, my stay was lovely and I will undoubtedly be back soon for another business stay!

I have a lot of mixed feelings about our stay…read more... Pros: -Self check in was easy -Price, cheapest in the area at $150 per night wknd in middle of summer -Suite was very spacious -Looked clean -Outdoor patio is nice -Comfy bed -Full size fridge -Nice indoor pool and deck -Great shower and water pressure Cons: -Entire hotel, room, furnishings and carpet were worn out, chips in cabinets, stains on couch, some lights didn't function -Hallways are very dark -Minimal towels in room, only 2 upon arrival for 4 of us -Breakfast was poor quality and very limited, compared to other hotel breakfasts -Room bathroom smelled like it just was used when we arrived -Plumbing noises were very loud throughout the night -All staff we encountered were pretty indifferent Overall, if you're looking for a quick one night and leave on a budget, I recommend. Surprised at all the cons for a Hilton property. It could be really amazing. If you're looking for a semi-luxurious and high quality experience, look elsewhere.

That meant the toilet wouldn't flush nor could we take showers or brush our teeth. When I called the front desk, I was told that postings in the lobby notified the guests of the issue. I didn't see any notice in the lobby on Saturday afternoon when I checked in, nor did the desk agent mention the planned maintenance. There were no postings in the elevators or stairwells. Poor decision to schedule the repairs on Monday morning rather than after guest checkout at 11 AM. My stay was refunded but that doesn't compensate us for the inconvenience and discomfort of not being to shower. Hilton lost my loyalty with this stay.
