I think this is a delightful little hotel. There is plenty of parking. I was planning on meeting my friend around noon and asked if I could wait in the lobby and if we could check in early. The front desk person said we could check in a little early around 2 and said I could have some coffee and free wifi while I waited. When we returned, they had packages of cookies available around 4-6 pm. They don't advertise a breakfast on their site but they have granola bars and some fruit + coffee which was an unexpected perk. The rooms were nice and quiet. The bathroom had a tub and the room had a fireplace (which was set to a timer). The bed was super soft which I like. It was a spacious, clean room with those nice perks. Except the elevator being slow, everything else went really well. It's right next to a few artsy shops/cafe and in walking distance of a couple of restaurants as well. Good pick for hotel.

I had a staycation in Glen Mills and stayed for one night at this location. First off the gentleman working the front desk was beyond helpful and accommodating when I had an issue with my payment - gift card. He went above and beyond to take care of me and I really appreciated his help. The hotel was gorgeous - I loved the modern but still funky/ fun style and colors. I liked that there was a separate seating area from the bed and also desks and I appreciated the full size fridge and keurig in the room - although it wasn't used it was appreciated. I know these are generally for long stays and I will definitely have to keep them in mind when I'm staying longer because it would be perfect for that. The kitchenette is perfect for a short term stay and they even have hot plates available and tons of cooking supplies and serve ware and even a dishwasher! For my one night stay it felt very luxurious. They had a pool which looked nice and several fire pits and lounging outside (however they were not on and in the morning I found out they were out of service - there was also a dead bird next to it - eek) The breakfast left something to be desired of but I guess because you have almost a full kitchen the breakfast isn't that important but it was still a nice option! Overall a great stay ! I also loved the bed- so comfy and I appreciated the smart tv features and as a Hilton member powering the tv through my phone ! What a great stay! Definitely happy I chose this over the Hampton in the area.

We worked throughout the process with Denise Grose, and really couldn't have had a better experience. The booking process for our guests was easy, and having the option of getting suites allowed our guests with children and families to still have space and privacy. The indoor pool and breakfast were both terrific, and Denise and her team made sure our immensely over-complicated gift bag process was handled with grace and patience. The facilities were clean and located near plenty of things, and our guests were even able to chill in the lobby and have drinks and snacks post-wedding. We had an amazing, perfect wedding weekend, and Denise and her H2S family were a big part of the reason why. We will forever drive past and smile.

We made the reservation Thursday evening, found out the next day that the conference we were attending was being rescheduled due to the weather. This is frustrating because we called the night before to make the reservation and a snow storm is now expected! So hopefully the insurance will refund the other room. I was thinking we would just not ever use Expedia again, but I won't make our new reservations at this hotel due to this ignorant policy. It is sad when they don't consider the specifics of the situation and just take your money!

The grounds of the hotel were absolutely mesmerizing. I found myself wanting to take pictures all around the property, with its lovely landscaping and peaceful surroundings. It made for a beautiful backdrop to our stay. The hotel offers a large basketball court, arcade room, an indoor swimming pool, which caught my attention, though I didn't have enough time to fully enjoy them. The pool area was well maintained. When I opened the door to the pool, I could immediately smell the strong chlorine, so I decided to pass. One nice touch was the breakfast served in a small nook on the second floor. It was a nice convenience to grab a bite before heading out. Overall, it was a great experience despite a few small areas for improvement. We definitely recommend this Best Western Plus for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

All staff were really friendly and helpful. The included breakfast each morning was nice and saved the cost and time of having to wrangle it myself. Also, their coffee was really good. I came without a razor and they were happy to give me a couple disposables from the closet instead of nickel and diming me for them. Like I said, they were real nice here. The not good: The room was a bit shabbier than I'd expect and back of attention to detail. For some reason there's random pieces of tape on the ceiling by the bed. There's no fan in the bath so the paint is starting to flake off in the shower due to excess moisture. The liquid shower soap container was empty. The batteries in the thermostat are low so the heat was working but not consistent or accurate. Sink and shower in the bathroom could have been cleaner. The rooms are all nonsmoking but someone in one of the adjacent rooms was continually smoking weed every day and I was getting a contact high from it. I'm not against weed but I hate smoke, especially when it's not voluntary. Some would say "you should have complained so they could fix these" and I say "it's not the customer's job to tell a hotel manager how to manage their business. The FedEx guy doesn't remind me when my meetings happen at work or tell me to wear nice clothes on conference calls cause that's not their job. It gave us a chance to enjoy a relaxed morning without feeling rushed, which was a very thoughtful touch. Between the apartment-style setup, great amenities, and friendly service, the stay felt both comfortable and convenient. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I'd recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure, especially if you value comfort, convenience, and a little extra space to feel at home.
