The ingredients of each roll in the display case is labeled in English and Chinese. We visited a few times and have had the Manhattan roll and a small assortment of other rolls by the pound. The sushi pieces are well-constructed -- attractive, of a good size and tightly packed; however food-coloring seems to be used in at least one of the rolls. I prefer getting take-out to dining in at New York Food Court; the food court has a strong odor that reminds me of a workplace restroom.
