There was a good amount of it, too, which I appreciated. It was a nice treat! I would love to try their Ahi Tuna Bowl next and eventually one of their ramen dishes. Currently they have 5 different ramen options and 5 different poké options available on their menu, so a small selection, but you only need a small but great tasting menu to be successful. They also have a variety of appealing appetizers and two dessert options. I'm curious to see if they will expand their menu in the future or keep it simple. It was ok but a little plain. Next, we had the dan dan noodles. Dan dan noodles are traditionally very chewy have a nice bite to them but these noodles are a bit on the softer side. The flavour profile was good though. Lastly, we had the beast ramen. The smoked pork belly was nice and crisp and the soft boiled egg was nicely cooked. The noodles seem to be the same ones used in the dan dan noodles. It was enjoyable but the broth wasn't exactly ramen broth that I am used to. I would say that overall it was enjoyable, and prices were reasonable. Service was great. But there is definitely some room for improvement on the dishes. I would consider this more Asian fusion than a noodle bar.
