I've used his business for my framing projects for many years and have never been disappointed…read more The owner's father was also in the framing business, and you can see the years of collective experience when you receive a beautifully framed picture. There are many different frames and mattes to choose from and the owner can help with suggestions if you aren't sure. I've often chosen a double matte to bring out the color and depth of my pictures. You can also choose between regular glass or Art glass that reduces the reflection of light off the picture. The price is moderate to expensive depending on the materials chosen, but I've never regretted what I've paid because I've always been more than satisfied with the end result.

1 Star - Items not as described, slow shipping, outrageous shipping costs, and terrible customer…read moreservice I won several lots from Vogt Auctions and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Multiple items arrived that did not match the catalog descriptions or photos. Condition issues that should have been disclosed were either downplayed or omitted entirely. When I contacted them about the discrepancies, the response was essentially "sold as-is" with no meaningful effort to resolve the problem. Shipping was a major problem. After payment, it took weeks (in some cases closer to a month or more) to get items out the door. Tracking updates were sparse or nonexistent for long stretches. The third-party shipping they use charged fees that felt completely out of line with the size and weight of the lots -- significantly higher than what other auction houses charge for comparable items. Packaging quality was also inconsistent; some pieces arrived with inadequate protection. Customer service made everything worse. Emails and phone calls often went unanswered or received delayed, unhelpful replies. Getting clear answers on shipping status, revised invoices, or condition issues required repeated follow-ups. It felt like no one was accountable once the sale was over. Overall, the combination of inaccurate descriptions, excessive and slow shipping, and poor follow-through left a very negative impression. I will not bid with them again and would advise others to factor in the real post-sale costs and risks before participating.

I do believe at the store I was told the paper was securely kept at a different location and wasn't digital storage. I believe the person who contacted me about the digital storage is correct but that definitely wasn't fully explained. Also why can't I do it online if that is the case? I gave two additional stars on their review because of the quick outreach but still don't like giving my Social Security Number on top of all the other info. And have no idea why a third relative is necessary. Also if this was better explained at the point of sale it would have eased a lot of my frustration. ORIGINAL REVIEW This place is awful. We were sent there by my child's elementary school. It was the only choice we were given which makes it so much worse. They have very poor business practices. They require a social security number which they keep written down which is very poor security practice. Also they require spouses name address phone and an additional relative's name, address and phone. I understand checking my drivers license and keeping information including credit card on file but all of this is unreasonable. Further it definitely should not be kept on a single piece of paper. Further we are renting because my daughter has never played violin and she may hate it. But they require a 32 month contract! This is for fifth grade, yet the contract goes through the end of seventh grade. That is also not reasonable. The staff were also rude. When I complained and questioned these things I was told I could purchase the instrument out right if I didn't like it. Again this was the only option given to us by the school. The owner appeared on the parents meeting zoom call. If he is going to work directly with the school he should have better business practices.
