I am pretty sure this is longer than the norm because Ozone called me after two weeks to ask if I had my table yet. Somar Billiards called me first because they were unsure which table was mine. I don't know how that happens but that is really not cool. They also delivered the wrong pool stick. I don't know why they didn't ask me which one was mine if they weren't sure. They already had me on the phone to ask me which table was mine, they should have asked about this while they were at it. Instead, they ended up mailing me my stick and made me wait an additional four more days before getting it. This was after I had waited almost a month for the table to be delivered. They should have driven it over. I am not sure why that didn't happen. I can only guess they just don't really care about their customers. When the stick came, it had a gash in it. I had to get on the phone with the company. They also did a very poor job of placing the cue ball sticker on the table. It was not centered and was not properly adhered to the table. Just sloppy all around.
