She got my nails prepped, cleaned, and gave me a wonderful nude nail with a pink chrome! I scheduled with her again to change my gel polish and do a cat eye! I got orange and let her know I was looking for Neutrogena lol! Zee was just a great the first time and she understood the assignment!!! She checks in throughout the process which I love! Unfortunately, he also doesn't want to pay a lot of money for it. So for years, he's gone to Great Clips or the like and paid $8.00 for a haircut that 4 out of 5 times looks like I could have done a better job with some clippers in our kitchen. After we moved to O'Fallon, he decided that the nearest Great Clips had screwed him over a time too many and that he was finally willing to pay a little more for a haircut. So the search began. A mile or two down Main Street from our house is this little place called Salon Identity. I went in there once for an eyebrow wax (only $10.00 and she did an AMAZING job). I suggested he call them and find out the price for a haircut. He decided it was sufficient enough if it meant he was going to get a good haircut, and BOY, does he. He always goes to the same stylist - Tara, and she understands how finicky he is about his hair and she's always very patient with him, takes her time, and does a fantastic job. She even cleaned up his neckline and gave him a trim the week of our wedding so that he looked nice and fresh in his tux. Last night, I got my haircut by Tara for the first time and I am SO amazingly pleased at how it turned out. I had no idea it was going to look this good. She even showed me some styling tips to help me out with my new bangs and shorter 'do. The best part is that it only cost me $31.00!!! Absolutely unbelievable! I didn't know you could GET a good hair cut under $40.00. They'll accept walk-ins, but make an appointment today. You'll be so happy!

My aunt was so DELIGHTED with their service and work she even called me later in the day to thank me again for finding me Annie Nails. She went in for just a mani/pedi but she came out with a full works of manicure/pedicure/eyebrows/gel coat and whatever else the ladies do to look their best! In 14 hours…read more2 toes lost their gel polish and my daughter's fingernails the mustard color started to bubble. We went back, they fixed my two toes and redid that specific color on her nails. The day after we there for the corrections I had another toe lose the gel polish. I haven't gone to have fixed since it isn't always convenient to go that way. I am very frustrated that this has all happened in 4 days time of getting the pedicure.

I let the tech get one coat done in case it would react and turn the correct shade with the light, but it didn't. I brought to the tech's attention and he told me the paint on the stick was old. Didn't offer to redo it, cover it, nothing. And charged me full price for a color I would never in my life choose. Obviously I wanted a pale pink and don't have their dip colors memorized and had to go off of the color swatch. This shade is way wrong for my taste. Now I have to go somewhere else to have them fix this.
