Then I met Taylor, who has been doing my photo facials. She is such a wonderful, warm person who does an incredible job targeting the dark spots, the broken veins, and the rosacea. After the first treatment, I finally felt confident enough to not have to wear makeup out of the house and by the second treatment, I swear she took 5 years off my face! These are the two women who have made a huge difference in my life, though from the front desk staff to the rest of the people that work in the office as well, in their specialty fields, I suspect that I'd be met with the same kindness, professionalism, and knowledge that they possess. I've gone in on separate occasions for a cut/color/blowout, a massage, brow wax, and a mani/pedi. The facility is very clean, and open, so you don't feel crowded in with the person next to you. It's professional, with an upscale "spa" feel, but also very comfortable, and not intimidating. They have 2 separate areas, one for hair, and another one in a different part of the hotel for massages, nail services, and waxing. Wynona was the girl who did my hair, brow wax, and mani/pedi. She was friendly, professional, and listened to me as to what I wanted to do for my hair. I ended up getting a trim and shape-up, and going darker with my hair, with red highlights. I got lots of compliments and couldn't be happier. The cut and color together were 100, with the cut being $40, and the color (it was a multi-process) being $60. The mani/ped were in total $65. Great job, again. The pedi area of the place has a long comfy sofa and a sink where you dip your feet in and let them soak while they scrub, and exfoliate and all that. SOOO relaxing. The wax was 20 (I think), and came out great. I can't remember the name of the girl who did my massage (I lost her card), but it was the perfect way to relax after a long week. The massage/nail area is in a different part of the hotel, which they walk you to. It's even nicer than the front area. Again with the upscale spa feel, and lots of warmly decorated rooms for the massage. There was soft music playing, and the tables were covered with fresh linens and were very comfortable. They offer you the option to shower afterwards, but I liked how my skin felt with the extra moisturization, so I declined, but she showed me the shower area. They have separate showers for men and women, and they were lovely. Nice towels, lighting, the whole bit. I would really recommend this place to anyone. Holly was super personable and very attentive. I have wavy and fine hair that has presented a challenge for other stylists in the past, who typically give me a blunt cut or layers that aren't compatible with my curl pattern. Holly took the time to cut my hair in a way that aligned with my vision while also taking into account the limitations of my hair type. My waves look so great now, even with little to no styling! If you have curly or wavy hair and are looking for a cute and modern cut, I can't recommend Holly enough. Focusing on the salon as a whole, I have no complaints. Pricing was also reasonable, and booking online was easy. They also offer bang trims, which I appreciate. My personal favorites when I want to relax and see lots of glow and plump are the Oxygen Glaze and SkinGym facials. My most frequent facial is a customized chemical peel to address my own needs of improvement. Sometimes we go deep and I get lots of shedding while others are more gentle with minor flaking BUT ALWAYS gorgeous results after. My father has the exact same wrinkles, and I knew they would get deep quickly. How a woman regards the changes in her body as she ages is a very personal process. Some of us do everything they can to fight it, others age with pride. Personally, I just wanted to be able to continue going out without makeup on and still feel confident in my own naked skin. I do not operate under the impression that I can (or should) do everything in my power to hold onto my youth... But I do want to retain that confidence that comes with feeling fresh faced. So my journey into the world of Medspa's was with the hope that I can do some minor preventative care. So on my first visit I had a consult with Cindi. She asked what and where my concerns were. She then explained what my options were and thoroughly detailed how all of the different products work. I chose a product, she talked me through the entire process, and I went home bee stung but excited. A few days later, the results kicked in and any misgivings or prejudice I once had about injectibles disappeared right along with my forehead lines. I turned 34 this past weekend and, with Cindi's help, those forehead and between the brow wrinkles are yet to make any additional progress as wrinkles. My greatest weapon has largely been Dysport. Every 6-8 months I make an appointment to see Cindi, Dysport up, and confidently go back out into the world. Over the past 4 years I've also partaken in a few lovely Hydrafacials and a Dermaplaning appointment with Jacqueline. Cindi and I have experimented with lip fillers and a botox lip flip. My metabolism is such that the lip fillers don't seem to last very long (a few months at best) but it's a huge confidence boost when I do go for that splurge and am able to rock the full voluptuous pout that I always want. I'm going for such a splurge again tomorrow, and am looking forward to it. I suspect the next appointment after this one will be ahead of my wedding later this Fall. If it was anything, the results were horrible. There were no results. I clearly told you that I was on a budget and that I wanted to work on my forehead close feet around my eyebrows in the midsection of mine eyebrows and you went ahead and injected me with $330 in the top of my forehead when I wear bangs anyways I immediately called you a couple days later to explain to you that the results were not what I had expected for that price. You basically told me too bad. Call me in a couple weeks I sent you numerous messages. You just basically blew me off and you're extremely rude to me. I am turning you into the nursing board, I've asked you to please return my money and you have refused. You refused to fix it or even acknowledge me !! And having a long haired in a medical environment is absolutely unsanitary. I never saw anything that would show me that you used any product on me.
