We made an appointment and came in six deep. Pedicures for all, manis for my daughters. We were not disappointed this Friday after Thanksgiving. Me, my husband, my mom and kids were taken back on time even though the place was packed. The cleanliness does it for me as well as the scrub, hot towel and leg massage. Ok. So, my nails were great! The foot massage was on point... But... I was getting a Brazilian wax, and the woman doing the wax dipped into the wax MULTIPLE times throughout the entire bikini wax, including after getting alllllll up in my backside. If you have ever gotten a Brazilian wax, you know what I'm talking about. You get a butt strip. No crevice is left untouched. It is very detailed. Very. Luckily, I always clean thoroughly before a wax. That's not the case for many people. She didn't even clean me beforehand or put anything soothing on afterward. I was supposed to get an eyebrow wax, too, but I just couldn't. She kept pushing me...but no way could I allow the wax to touch my face after that. read more

Horrible experience. I never leave bad reviews but this experience warrants it. I made an appointment for me and my daughter at 5pm. At 5:45, after soaking my feet in a tub for 45 minutes, a tech finally arrived at the station but only after I had started drying my feet off to leave. My daughter on the other hand was left sitting in a chair for an hour and a half with zero service. She determined that she was out of time and needed to go home so she approached the front desk to let them know. She stood there for a few minutes and not one employee assisted. She could not even let them know she was leaving. I asked the tech to just finish my pedicure as quickly as she could - no frills - no massage, no paraffin wax. They still tried to charge me full price. In all my decades of going to nail salons, this experience was like nothing I have ever had before. I will NEVER go back to Solid Nails. Please save yourself the time, money, and peace of mind. read more

I've come here a few times, the first time I called I asked for a specific person (whom was recommended to me) however that person has never done my nails. Calling to make an appointment was also useless. My app was for 5pm they didn't start till 6:30. Every time I've been there I've had someone different and sometimes it was good and others not so good. Basically they make you wait a while just to then Rush your service but they definitely charge like it's premium service. I got one pedicure and I really dislike when they hand you a book to pick which pedicure. So they can basically judge you based on which service. I wanted the classic pedicure. Which is $35 but she treated me like it was free. She didn't push back my cuticles . The way she scrubbed my feet with the pumice was nonexistent . It was a 10 min pedi. I said never again. Yesterday was the last straw for me. I had waited 30 mins already and that's fine but I didn't want to wait any longer and when I went to leave they basically all jumped down my throat thinking I was walking out without paying. Like no one noticed I was just sitting there. But we're quick to call me out. I'm really over these salons charging top dollar for mediocre service. Never going back. read more

First of all let me say, I never write reviews even when I feel like I didn't have a good visit to a location but truly, this is the worst nail salon I've ever visited in my life. I came in for a gel x set and to start they applied cheap fake plastic with who knows what glue, I'm horrified. After less than 48 hours, total of four nails fell off. It's clear they don't know what they're doing and they do not know how to do proper gel-x and DO NOT have the products for gel x. I ended up going to a different salon and the salon artist told me that these were terrible plastic nails that this salon used and most likely all the remaining nails would fall off within the next few days not even lasting 5 days!! Do not ever come to the salon if you're looking for quality nails. I worry for the safety of my nails now . I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Save yourself , time , stress & money! Emmy is very sweet, I haven't had my nails done by her but she is always smiling and kind to me. Ryan is very professional and did a great job on my nails for my first visit. The last guy who did my nails (did not get his name) did a good job but was not too friendly with me. (Maybe he is just quiet? Maybe just had a bad day?) The 2 times I've been here they've been busy but started my appt right away, maybe bc I scheduled online first. They are very good at what they do, but if you're not the person who has a lot to spend on your nails this may not be your favorite place, as they tend to be pricey. Worst service I've ever experienced. Appt booked and confirmed for 230pm for pedicures and it took an hour before anyone even acknowledged us, then to add on to it both of us got the exact same pedicure service including gel, while my friend got Awesome treatment the guy who serviced me, barely scrubbed my feet then dug into my cuticles so hard i bled and the added alcohol (acetone) on top of that. He also added the hot towel and threw it on me before i could tell him it was too hot, i had to take it off and the tech next to me grabbed it and had to point out that it was way too hot for skin. My friend then decided to get her nails done as well and they agreed and sat her down and then ignored her for 30 minutes she almost walked out had they not addressed her as she was about to walk out. This place doesn't care about their customers, just money. Don't waste your time here read more

I came in on yesterday to get my fill-in. It was a new girl that did my nails. She instantly said I needed a new set because 3 nails was lifting. I explained to her that I had just received a full set from the same nail salon. So if it's lifting the last person who did my nails at this shop 2 wks ago did not seal them off properly. She instantly got an attitude and said if it didn't work with sealing it off that she is not responsible. I have never heard that before from a mail tech they would seal it off properly and move on. She kept asking me about a pedicure but she was only 24 and new I was concerned that my services was not gonna be up to my expectations. She starts speaking in Asian and the male tells her to charge me $50. Which is the price for the new set anyway. I went with it to avoid confusion. After showering twice more realized that the paint and stuff is not leaving and they look terrible so I called this morning for the gaps to be filled, excess acrylic removed and a repaint. I spoke with Candy the manager after asking for the owner. She told me I had to come in for her to see my nails. I obliged. Once I got there the man wanted to see my nails the same man that told her to charge me for a full set but she never did a full set. He stated that all I had was a repaint issue and I begged to differ! I asked for someone else to do my nails to avoid a battle with the young lady. Her attitude was not friendly while providing the service which was very uncomfortable in itself! Again, I asked for someone else and asked for Monday to avoid the crowd from the weekend. But more importantly The male told me that I would have an hour wait so I preferred an apt. When I asked he instantly said I had to go online. I call any other time but I was actually in person so what's the need to go online. That was the second time I felt a jab while communicating with him. So I spoke on it he then set the appt. Very clean place and lots of color choices however they don't have OPI. My mail tech was May and she did an excellent job. Had an appt and arrived right at 9am on a Saturday and was promptly seated and soaking in the pedicure area. Had to wait about 10 mins before more technicians arrived and the place was packed by the time I left at 10:30. Definitely recommend an appointment most especially on the weekends as they filled up quickly. read more

When we got there it was chaos from the beginning, the nail tech who had my sister in law told the manager she didn't want her to begin with, secondly they split us up. The manager who did my nails was fine I felt rushed but he did a good job, the lady who did my pedi was the worst! She told me I had ingrown toe nails and she was going to fix it for me made both of my big toes bleed not to mention she cut the bottom of my foot. The nail tech who had my sister in law was so unorganized and didn't do anything my sister in law wanted. Not to mention one of the guys in there was singing so obnoxiously. I chose this nail salon because of the ratings. I called and made appointment for 10:30 AM. After we arrived, we were seated immediately but at 11:15 they still had not come to work on our toes. I approached the manager and asked him how much longer it would be and he told me soon without apologizing for the delay. They did not begin the treatment until 11:25 AM. I chose a higher end package which was reasonably priced. The treatment was average and they were very rough on my sister-in-law's toes. I was extremely disappointed to hear that they were charging $15 for gel which I believe is asinine compared to other salons. I would never recommend them to anyone. read more

For starters, I booked my appointment for 2:45 (I even came in a few minutes early) and I wasn't seated until 5:30. I tried not to make a big deal out of this because I understand that nail services take time and things happen. Secondly... prior to the nail tech getting started on my nails, I showed her a picture of what I wanted (I'll put the picture down below). In the first picture, I told her that I didn't want my nails that long--I wanted them a lot shorter. When she finished my nails, they were very pretty. When I went to pay for my set, she took more money off of my card than she was supposed to. Allow me to explain: I watched her swipe my card once and she punched some numbers in. Then, she tried to tell me that my card "declined". Mind you, my set costed $100.00 even and I had more than enough money to pay for it. I said, "Oh, well that's odd because I just used my card earlier today and it worked perfectly fine". I checked my recent bank activity and it showed that she had taken $10.00 off of my card when she swiped it the first time. I showed her my account and she still tried to tell me that nothing was taken out of it. So I swiped my card a second time, and it went through. So not only did I pay $100.00 for my nail set, but she took it upon herself to take $10 more dollars and then lied about it read more

I had an appointment but when I walked in although there was a person right at the front desk just pointed to the seat for me to have a seat I guess. Never gave me the color choices or anything. Then when they finally acknowledged me the manicurist finally asked what color do you want. When I told her they never gave me the color wheel. Rudely got someone to give it to me. Proceeds to bring the clippers near my nails - without asking-then I said no just shape. Gel polish dryer was not working and I said to her it's not working. Then when I got so frustrated that I said please just finish up my nails and get out of here. Then she started apologizing and saying the problem the whole time was she can't hear. I arrive on time, and they directed me to sit in the chair to start my pedicure. My feet was in the water for 50 minutes, and no one came over to start my services. I really wanted to like this nail salon. They do great work, so after giving them multiple chances I have to say I would NOT recommend this salon. Please be prepared to wait a minimum of 4 hours while getting serviced here, even with an appointment. Today, I attempted to give this salon another try. I had a coupon from them that had expired just 2 days prior, so I asked if the manager Ryan if he could honor it considering the extreme wait time. Without much consideration he quickly said no. He was lazy and mean trying to talk me out of a design, because he doesn't really want to work hard but charging 60 dollars and picking choosing who he will properly service. First, the whole nail salon breaks state board regulations by using nail files that have already been used on other people.
