He took the time to listen and recommended insulation for the garage attic. I received a very reasonable quote within an hour and when I called back to schedule an appointment, he answered the phone and scheduled the installation within a few days. The morning of appointment I received a text msg, indicating ETA for his arrival. He and his co-worker did a great job installing over 13" of insulation in our garage attic! He took before and after pictures of our attic. The inside temperature of our garage feels much better now. This is a small owner-operated business who knows how to take care of their customers. I highly recommend them!

A couple even came by to look at the job site and make recommendations about the type of installation they thought I needed. After talking to four or five firms, Milton from Izzy's insulation reached out to me and made the most practical recommendation based on my unique situation. We ended up going with a blown in fiberglass insulation of R 38 and 13 inches. His price was the best by a few bucks, but I particularly liked his practical recommendations, and so ended up using him. He booked me out a week later and showed up exactly on time and had the job done in just a couple hours. He even provided me with before and after pictures that I can use when I submit my taxes for an energy tax credit. Very straightforward and honest service I recommend if you're looking for installation to talk to him at least. As it ended up the insulation did basically nothing to help with the temperature in my garage. If others are looking to do the same thing, I tell you to look at a combination of insulation for your ceiling, walls if needed, and the inside of your garage door these metal garage doors really radiate a lot of heat into the garage.

Called to allow them the opportunity to do good business and address the issue they did not address as I already paid them to do so. They wanted to charge me another $155 dollars for an after hours call to come back out. The reason I was needing an after hours call is because you didn't fix the issue the first go around! They also said I was told a bunch of things I was not and that I said things I didn't as a reason to not rectify the issue. Went with a more honest company who didn't even charge me a service fee (even after I insisted) since this sketch company charged me for pretty much nothing. Save the money and headache, go somewhere else. The funny part is we have another property with a 30 year old unit we need to replace and we were going to use this company. So grateful this happened when it did so we didnt go with them, who knows what sketching shoddy job that potentially could have turned out to be. Dodged a you know what.

Thermo S and another company's estimates came back close but with very different approaches to cooling down a bedroom that was always hot. In the end, we decided Thermo's solution sounded more logical. In the end we went with Thermo S because of Caden's expertise with duct work. He recommended duct sealing and adding an extra vent in addition to insulation. Day of, the team showed up on time, did the work efficiently, and cleaned up their mess. The difference was instant. The air felt cooler coming out of the ducts, the A/C comes on less, the hot bedroom is cooler, and the house is quieter. I do have bad allergies/chemical sensitivities and the duct sealing was rough but after 3-4 days the smell faded and it's been fine.
