I was so nervous initially because of the lengthy instructions, higher pricing and negative reviews…read morebut I'm SO GLAD I took my baby here for her first piercing! The studio is SUPER clean, which is music to an anxious mama's ears. Everything is tidy and all seats are covered in plastics so you know that there as less chances of infections -- crossing all fingers! Angel is super direct, thoroughly and instructive -- which really helps when you have a small baby and is overall anxious about what to do during and after the piercing. Someone said "Reading the instructions over and over helped her prepare and know what to expect" and I wholeheartedly agree. I believe this also helps makes the process as smooth as possible for yourself and for Angel when the time comes. The process goes as such: Park, text and sit in your car & wait for Angel to come out. There, you'll be able to select your earrings and Angel can even make recommendations based on your baby's ears and loops. She'll welcome you inside, and this is when pre-reading the instructions help because she has very specific areas for parents to stand and be seated, etc. I knew exactly what to do as the cheerleading parent while my husband did the hard part of holding our baby while she gets her piercings. Everything was done within 10-15 mins most form start to finish. She'll send you home with cleaning instructions and we've been following it for over a month and seems like the piercings are healing perfectly fine. Thank you so much, Angel! I highly recommend Angel and Baby Ear Piercing.

I chose this place because they specialize in baby ear piercings, and I assumed that meant they…read morewould use a needle rather than a piercing gun. Unfortunately, they used a piercing gun on my daughter, which was disappointing since that wasn't what I expected. By the time we realized it, everything was moving so quickly and we were already there, so we decided to go through with it. The staff was patient and professional throughout the appointment, and the piercing itself was completed efficiently. However, the overall experience didn't quite match the premium price point. We paid around $300, which I expected, but I'm not sure the experience justified the cost. One thing that stood out was the amount of information sent before the appointment and posted online. While I appreciate being informed, it felt overwhelming and difficult to navigate. The website and instructions could be simplified quite a bit. When we arrived, the owner came to our car wearing a large face shield mask, which honestly startled us. I think the appearance made everyone extra scared. Overall, the service was fine and the staff was patient, but I was expecting a warmer, more bubbly experience, especially for a business focused on babies and young children. The biggest disappointment was learning that a piercing gun was used. Because of that, I'm not sure we would return, but the experience wasn't bad enough to warrant a lower rating.
