I came here to see Nikki. She's the piercer on site. Super easy to book an appointment with her. If you don't have an appointment she does take walk ins but it's generally a couple hour wait. At first visit we talk about the piercing, the jewelry and the upkeep. She makes sure you're a good candidate for the piercing you're wanting and extremely thorough. You sign your waivers, set up a follow up appointment to check how your piercings are healing. It's very clean, and organized. Nikki had a lot of jewelry to choose from. I went in for a septum piercing and picked an amazing statement piece. She also had different gauges, and talked about why you would pierce with a larger or smaller gauge. Well, what can I say.... Robert is amazing!! I hit him up on 10/6/22 at 12pm and told him I was looking for a matching tattoo idea for my dad and I for his birthday. Told him we are looking for Oogie Boogie. Sent him a few photos I liked and he CLAPPED back with even better photos!!!! I ended up choosing one of his. He managed to get us in same day! We got there at 6:30pm didn't get out til 11:30 or so. He spent the time to make sure my dad and I were comfortable and water to drink! As far as what I was expecting from him and the tattoo.... I came to the shop for a tongue piercing that I've been contemplating for years. Sabrina gave me the run down on care, piercing changes and helped me get situated. After the piercing I waited a week as instructed to come in for a change in size. Swelling hadn't gone down quite enough, she explained that she didn't want to further irritate the piercing so I should wait a little longer before the size down. She asked me to wait a few more days and return to try again. Sure enough, when I returned, the smaller size went in perfectly and felt very comfortable. She noted my discomfort initially and did not try to brute force it, or leave me uncomfortable following forcing a smaller bar, she asked me to wait and I am very glad she did. I wish I could give less stars! My friends and I recived some of the WORST service here. Sabrina the woman who does the piercings here has no idea what she is doing. The lack of education and skill that should be provided to the customer was horrible and sloppy. She made us feel uncomfortable and ruined our piercing experience as well as put our lives/health at stake! We were overcharged for shitty low quality piercings and jewelry. Please refer to the photos below of my now permanently scared body. Unfortunately my friend doesn't use yelp so I am writting for both of us. Sabrina clearly has no idea what she is doing and needs to stop before she kills someone. My friend and I both had our piercings removed at the emergency room because the piercings sank into our body and skin healed over it!! We were informed by our doctors that we recived staph infections from the piercer using dirty and not sterile equipment/jewelry. We were given antibiotics and sent home with permanent damage and scars caused by the carelessness of this piercer. Our piercings were only a few days old!! We both reached out to Sabrina and were in desperate need of help and went back to the shop, Sabrina was NO WHERE to be found and when we did finally get ahold of her she told us that it was normal swelling and everything was fine. She refused to actually help us. I'm leaving this review in hopes that it saves someone from a very painful and poorly done service. I can't speak for the shop but the piercing service here is disgusting and horrible. I wanted the give the piercer the benefit of the doubt but after speaking with multiple reputable piercers and doctors it was very clear that this is from someone who doesn't know how to properly do the job at hand and doesn't know what they're doing. We are still healing and are extremely traumatized from this piercers negligence with us. This was completely preventable had the service been done by a trained professional. Please seek out a reputable piercer and go somewhere else. read more

I came here to get my ears pierced last month. Sadly my experience has not been good. First off the lady who pierced my ears, Sabrina put hoops in my newly pierced ears and she told me they were titanium. First few days they hurted and were a little swollen I figured it was normal and I kept them cleaned hoping they would get better but they just kept getting worst. I noticed the hoops were changing color from shiny gold to a dull gray. I went to another piercing place and I found out that the metal was NOT titanium and that I should have never put hoops on a piercing that it not healed because the hoop moves around causes irritation and inflammation. I got them changed to real titanium studs and I felt almost instant relief from the pain, swelling and white discharge coming out the hole. I also found out the pierced hole on both ears was at an angle so more earlobe was pierced which makes the front of the earring looks like it's slanted down. SMH...I wish I would have avoided all these issues by going to someone who is honest and experienced. read more

A couple of months ago I contacted Ramon Diaz, owner of the shop through Instagram DM saying I was interested in getting a tattoo. I did tell him it was my first one in which he followed up by saying he'd help me get whatever I wanted and sent me his schedule so I can choose accordingly. We also discussed the tattoo over the DM in order for him to help with my design and also save us both time before going into the shop. On the day of my appointment, I got my tattoo and brought a couple of friends along to check out his work. A couple of weeks ago I got my second tattoo from him. I've only ever gotten one tattoo ever and the customer service where I went was awful. But this shop was spectacular. I went with my sister to their Friday the 13 special yesterday of 33 tattoos. Obviously the special was too crazy to pass up so the wait was very long I got there around 4:30pm and didn't get to put my name down till 9:30pm.Because of how packed it was I didnt get to get to leave till 4:30.am. It does seem like such a long time but all the employees were amazing being so kind and extending themselves way over their time to finish everybody up. The guy handling all the paper work was such a jokester and friendly keeping the mood up and checking if everybody was okay. Ramon too was so kind and looking out for everyone making space in the store to try and fit in as much people in to shelter from the cold and his friends going out as far as sharing there food with clients around .
