Armando our rep! OMG! Awesome, magnificent, great company. My husband and I bought our 1st house together-gave Armando description of what we wanted and he sent pic of the exact house we ended up buying within minutes. He was flexible, meeting us on evenings and weekends to view property. He stayed on the phone with us several times for more than an hour to explain process & answer the million non-stop questions we had in detail--sometimes same questions multiple times--never irritated or tired of us. Always answered our phone calls--even late evening. Never hesitated to contact owners with questions. So knowledgeable--Used his expertise to get us good fair price and just worked within all of our parameters. He was hands on--looked after our best interest, even if it was going to eat into some of his bottom line. Took care of us. Sincere, honest, straight up--no games--just the way we like it. Didn't waste our time. No hidden agendas. We were closed and in the house in 6 weeks. We've lived here now for 8 months--and love it, love it, love it! Perfect for our family! Got an absolutely primo deal and turn key property--and in that 8 months Armando has followed up to see if we need anything else and make sure we were still happy with the transaction, sent us a thank you gift and even left a BBQ sauce gift on our porch for 4th of July. Very thoughtful. It's those little details that mean so much. Many thanks to Armando and his team for all their help, direction, and professionalism--and wonderful atmosphere in their office. He just made it easy! Top Notch all the way--We highly recommend him for any future home purchases you're considering. You will not be disappointed! Thanks Armando-we'll never forget you--appreciate all you did to get us in the house God blessed us with!!! Torence and Denise D. read more

If there's more than 5 STARs available on Yelp, I would give Florence Baker at Soldavi all of them and more. Long story short, we wanted to invest in rental properties in Merced, CA, needed a Property Management solution and was recommended Florence as someone we should contact and consider. After a lengthy process of securing our properties and going through our due diligence and interviewing several prospects, we felt Florence was the best fit for our Property Management needs. And it's been nearly a year now with her at the helm of managing our properties, and she has been amazing. She's always available and blazingly responsive and is on top of every aspect of the Property Management role, from property selection and walkthrough, through tenant screening and procurement, to maintenance and issue, to support and supplier contacts, to bookkeeping and record keeping. She pretty much handles everything with grace, patience, respect, and professionalism. We look forward a long and prosperous relationship with her. Thank you, Florence for all your great work! We appreciate you! We highly, highly recommend Florence! read more

A great experience from start to finish. With this being said, I am generally hard on sales professionals as I was one for a decade. Sandra asked lots of follow up questions which helped my wife and I clarify for ourselves the main things we were looking for in our next family home. Our needs were unique to the point of needing a realtor who was willing to keep a close eye on what came on the market. She was also able to communicate with us and capture the nuances of the sales process in a way in which our confidence never wavered. Thank you Sandra Doke and the entire Soldavi team for making the buying process so smooth and for being adept at understanding our needs. In making the biggest purchase of our life, we remain grateful to have been represented by a true professional. read more

I have purchased several homes over the past 40 years. I've been lucky to have dealt with real estate agents that were competent. Of course, there is usually one that stands out above the rest. For my wife and I, that would be Sandra Doke of Soldavi Realty. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Sandra set us up to receive listings online, and allowed us to tour those homes of interest. We never felt pressured by her in any way, which was greatly appreciated. When we finally found the home we wanted, Sandra guided us through every step of the home buying process. We relied on her expertise and experience, never hesitating to call her with questions or concerns. My wife and I highly recommend her as a qualified and caring real estate agent. read more

Kelly helped us sell our home quickly and for more than we had expected. She had professional photography done and a drone video. Advertised on social media in advance. We received our first offer within 24 hours of listing the house with her. The weekend after we listed it there were nonstop back to back showings through the house. We had a few offers from Bay Area investors. The lowest offer we received was above asking price and sold for well above asking price. We are very happy and wouldn't use any other agent. I don't usually leave lengthy reviews but she went above and beyond and a lengthy descriptive review is the least we could do. read more

Jessie is a wonderful realtor I would use over and over. He has taken time to meet, find and quickly review properties for me without question. He is honest and trustworthy as I consider him my "lil brother". I've worked with other realtor agents and have found them greedy, closed-minded, lazy, unknlodgeable and cold; however, Jessie is none of those. He was patient, caring, knlodgeable, inspiring; just a breath of fresh air compared to the others. Chooce him and You won't be disappointed ! Thank you Jessie for helping me pick the right HOME for us. Sabrina read more

My realtor, Sandra Doke, has been hands down the most involved and helpful realtor I've ever worked with. She gets things done and was with me through out the whole transaction. It is hard to meet someone that always exceeds expectations, but Sandra exceeded mine each and every time. If I ever sell or buy a home anywhere in California , Sandra will be my go to Person.
