From start to closing, Blandina and Anna were absolutely amazing! We knew what we were looking for might take a while to find, but that didn't deter the team of Blandina and Anna. They continuously searched for properties that met our specific criteria and when we found it, they made sure every step of our home buying process was as smooth as possible. They kept us informed, promptly answered our questions and ensured we were well represented throughout. If you're looking to buy or sell a property, I highly recommend Blandina and Anna. read more

I found Anna Eshoo from Lifestyle Realty's website. As a first-time homebuyer, I was so overwhelmed and lost just navigating through a plethora of home options, loan options, and complicated processes. Having been burned by various unprofessional real estate agents in the past, it is so hard to know whom to trust. Meeting Anna is a blessing. She is very forthcoming and just laid out to me very simply on how she will help me get my dream home. As she pointed out in our first conversation, I got a 2 for 1 team of experts since she works with her mom, Blandina, who brings in her years of experience to the table. Anna and Blandina are a great team working with you. They prepare you for what to expect and point you to the important things that you should pay attention to as you go through the process. They are a breath of fresh air and whom you can easily trust. Their sincerity and professionalism make you feel very comfortable and make the entire homebuying process very easy and less stressful. They are very thorough and would tell you exactly what they think just like they are buying their own home. They tell you the pros and cons of the homes that they are showing you. They tell you the options in the homebuying process and hold you by the hand to make sure that you have all the information you need. Going over stacks of documents is daunting but Anna and Blandina guide you and patiently review them with you. They are always available to answer all your questions from beginning to end and even after you have acquired your home. My home shopping experience with them went very smoothly. They are both so organized, conscientious, knowledgeable, and very patient. They do their homework and give you the information about every house they show you. The best part about it is that, at the end of the day, they always remind you that it is your house that you are committing to buy and live for a long time - so you decide what is best for you. They do not pressure you into picking a house. They always advise you to sleep on it and take the time to think before deciding. They are truly ethical and always put their client's best interest first before anything else. Ann and Blandina, you are a gem and I cannot thank you enough for helping me get me my beautiful home. More power to you both! read more

Eric is a world class agent. I've worked with him twice - first in 2018 when I purchased my first home and second in 2021 when I sold that home. Both times, Eric worked around my busy schedule; this made for a quick and seamless transaction. What I appreciate most about Eric is his knowledge (I ask a lot of questions), his approachability (I ask a lot of questions), his patience (did I mention I ask a lot of questions?), and his can-do positive attitude that's hard to come by. Highly recommend! Eric, thank you for representing me. I look forward to working with you again when I purchase my next home! read more

The search for a new home started at the end of 2019 while trying to sell my current house at that time. Steven Adler showed up by making this process seem effortless. He took the reins and I was able to receive above market value on the sale in order to get my home I am currently in. He took on the stress of the buyer/seller role with discussing how things were playing out. The process of finding a new home is never easy, but with the efforts of Steven I was able to find a home with what I wanted/needed and I was able to move quicker than expected. Luckily, it was before the pandemic hit with stay at home orders. Nine months of living in my home and I couldn't be happier with the location of being close to the city yet being in a quiet neighborhood. Steven goes above and beyond what should be expected for a real estate agent. Highly recommend him for an agent. read more

My wife and I have bought and sold a few houses in the past few years and this last transaction with Eric Rodriguez was the smoothest and easiest one we've had so far, and it's NOT close. We were looking for a week and I found one of particular interest and was actually kind of annoying about wanting to see it before making an offer on anything else. Through the power of his experience, he got us in to look at the property and we knew it was "the one." We made an attractive offer and we were moving in before we knew it. I hope it's a long time from now, but if/when we go to sell this house, I already know who I'm choosing to list the house with. read more

We worked with Steve Adler to sell our home, and from the beginning he was professional and informative. He provided a portfolio of information on how we could list our home and all the finances broken down. He organized everything of pictures being taken to setting up all inspections. Our home sold within 35 days of being listed! Great experience! Definitely recommend read more

To start off, house hunting during this pandemic became so overwhelming. The thought that anything can happen physically and financially during this time became so nerve wrecking and due to being first time home buyers we had no idea what to expect. Eric not only explained the process of being a first time buyer but he worked timeless before, during and after this process to ensure my husband and I were happy with our purchase. Eric is very professional and has excellent communication. Him and his team are great at working together and support one another which made this process amazing! Highly recommended! read more

I'm a first time home owner thanks to Eric and his amazing team! At first going through the process was kind of intimidating but with help and guidance from Eric it felt like a cake walk. I highly recommend him to anyone who is a first time buyer, looking for a speedy and smooth process or even looking to sell l. Eric knows and manages this business to perfection. Additionally, he is so personable and compassionate he strives to ensure that all bases are covered. I never worried about the progress of the transactions as he was efficient as well as available whenever a question arose. My experience was like he was taking care if me like I was a family member. I hired him for selling my house, as his superior knowledge, abilities and access to residential selling solutions far exceeded the previous two realtors with whom I almost signed. So glad I didn't settle early. Eric Ridriguez is the best! The buyer is happy. This seller is happy ( even though I didn't get the price I thought I might be able to get-- he broke down the numbers and potentials, which showed me the wisdom of the process) and my house was in escrow immediately! I am eternally grateful for his work and the EXTRA steps he took (which weren't a part if his job description) to ensure the smooth closing of this sale. Look no further. He is your win-win solution and could even remain a lifelong friend in the process, as I feel we now are, as he is fair dealing and a breath of fresh air... Thank you again, Eric!! read more

If anyone is looking to sell, I would totally recommend Eric. Eric showed nothing but commitment and dedication. We first contacted Eric a couple months ago and after putting the house on the market for about two - 3 months, we decided to pull it off the market for Personal reasons. Once we decided it was time to let go, Eric without doubt decided to help us again. Eric not only poured his all to help this transaction close but he answered every question I had. This guy works 24/7 and seriously cares and loves what he does. One thing that I liked about Eric, was when he told me that he cares about the happiness and future of his clients not about the sell or transaction. This experience was one to remember and I appreciate the hard work. read more

One of the nicest Real Estate offices I have seen and had the experience of working with in the valley. The owner was really involved our transaction and that gave us peace of mind but most importantly he put us in the hands of house cleaners, contractors and stagers that helped sell our house for significantly more and explained the difference of both options, selling as-is vs. the route we chose to take without being pressured. The owners followed up throughout the entire transaction and made sure we were being taken care of. We look forward to making this our go to for our Real Estate needs. Thank you for making us feel like family. read more

We are first time home buyers and we had no idea what was involved in the process. Eric Rodriguez is amazing! He walked us through each step in the process. Eric advocated for us with the seller to get repairs done to the property before the sale. Eric helped us to understand the loan process and how to manage the steps with the title company. Eric is very responsive and always answered our calls or called back in less than 24 hours. Eric worked with us late in the evening and on weekends. Eric helped us feel comfortable with the process. We love the home we bought, but if we need a realtor in the future, we will for sure give Eric a call. We highly recommend Eric Rodriguez because he is knowledgeable, patient, honest and willing to go the extra mile. His integrity is admirable, and we appreciate everything he helped us with. read more
