It was occupied by a tenant and handled by a property management company because I had moved away from the area. I still held title with an ex-husband who had no interest in making my life easier. Elvis sailed into these murky waters with a confident smile. He dealt with the ignorant, recalcitrant ex, to the point that I never even had to see or talk to him.
