I'm not sure why we weren't informed earlier so we could provide it and have our application processed on time. There also seems to be a lack of communication within the office. I was told multiple times that my messages would be passed along, but when I eventually spoke with the property manager, it seemed like the first time she was hearing about any of it. I asked her if she received my email alerting of a tree damaging window and foundation at a rental property she manages. I also asked her if her flooring contractor Kevin passed my alert to her. Instead of showing appreciation she accused me of trespassing at the property's backyard which is impossible because the fence has no gate. I reminded her that's slander. Back in 2023 she accused me of trespassing and painting the neighbor's fence. I emailed her The Good Neighbor Fence Act allows me to paint my side and would not paint neighbor's side without written authorization and 50% payment. Rental Zebra is anything but black and white should rebrand Rental Zero.
