So I rolled out of bed, drove from Merced to Chowchilla before work, looking like hell. And the rest is history. I got an absolute dream home at a steal of a price. The entire process was so smooth. There were no bidding wars or last minute "surprises" at all. Escrow closed ahead of schedule and 4 years later I still refer everybody in Chowchilla to her. Bottom line is nobody beats her (and her team's) experience or knowledge when it comes to Chowchilla real estate. When it came time to sell our house at Sunflower Legacy,  he wasn't aggressive , 100% honest, a bit lazy, nor made any exceptional effort.  Once the house was sold and closed escrow,  we requested to remove the photos, 3d tour and property details from the MLS across various real estate websites.  But instead he gave us a link on how to remove it ourselves. He also did not remove the lockbox  that is normally to be taken out 24 hrs once the escrow closes. This is unacceptable. The whole process of selling our home  from the beginning to end was full of frustrations and could have had a better experience.
