He also did not remove the lockbox  that is normally to be taken out 24 hrs once the escrow closes. This is unacceptable. They had no marketing plan & our 6-year old son could have taken better photos than the ones they took. I even heard from an agent who said "I had a potential buyer for your house, but Flanagan Realty never returned my call." Flanagan did bring us one buyer who didn't have any money (she was supposedly going to be receiving a big workers comp payment) - we ended up in escrow with her for ~8 months, and the Flanagans wanted us to let her move into the house before she bought it. We did end up letting this potential buyer move into another rental property we own. The Flanagans managed the rental, but never ran a credit report of got her SS#. Subsequently, this buyer stopped paying rent - How is that for unprofessional? Flanagan Realty = Terrible Flanagan Property Management = Terrible By the way, I later listed my house with another agent in town, and our house sold in two days to an all-cash buyer. Better late than never!
