He was VERY attentive to us, answered every call and we called many times, took us to every house we wanted to see, and when we found the one that we wanted to buy he went right to work and we had our offer accepted immediately! Through out the process he was right there checking on everything, making sure our interests was the top priority! My husband and I have bought 4 homes with this being our 5th and we have used 5 agents. Out of all of the 5 agents we have had Filiberto was the best by far! My husband and I would not hesitate to call him again for any Real Estate needs we would have, as well as will refer him to anyone we know or meet that is looking for an Agent! 5 stars is not enough to give him as I have not ever encountered an Agent who is truly concerned about you! When it came time to sell our house at Sunflower Legacy,  he wasn't aggressive , 100% honest, a bit lazy, nor made any exceptional effort.  Once the house was sold and closed escrow,  we requested to remove the photos, 3d tour and property details from the MLS across various real estate websites.  But instead he gave us a link on how to remove it ourselves. He also did not remove the lockbox  that is normally to be taken out 24 hrs once the escrow closes. This is unacceptable. The whole process of selling our home  from the beginning to end was full of frustrations and could have had a better experience.
