As a woman and first time home buyer, I didn't know what direction to take when it came to finding a realtor. I you tubed "how to find a good realtor" but working full time and everyday activities didn't really allow me time to search and interview. One Saturday morning during my home search I randomly walked into an open house being hosted by Jesse. I had just met Jesse and I quickly knew that I could trust him. He has the heart to help you find a home not just a house. He is very sincere, asks you questions to know how to help you, gives you great feedback. He guides you well, lets you know what steps are next. I highly recommend Jesse, I was extremely satisfied. Jesse has a keen ear, listens well and is very observant on all the little details to make sure you get the home that will make you happy. He was able to pick up on my likes and dislikes without me having to say it out loud. He understood what was important to me and used that information to guide me along the way My grandmother always used to say "there will be times when you make big decisions. You'll always find a good tamal along the way." I truly believe Jesse is that tamal. He wraps you around with his knowledge and gives you the nutrition you need to make a hardy decision. I am extremely satisfied with my decision and I highly recommend Jesse and the Soldavi Realty team. read more

I worked with Jesse as a first time homebuyer. I must say everything about the process was so new and, dare I say, intimidating. After my experience, I can confidently say that if you want your questions answered or your worries extinguished... JUST CALL JESSE!!! Jesse will take the time to answer to make sure you have good understanding. During my time with him as my realtor I quickly gained a grasp of what the market environment was and how getting my ideal home fit within this environment. Jesse really gets to know you quickly so he find you homes that match what you're looking for. Not only does Jesse get to know you, Jesse also understands the seller so you can find the middle ground that'll make the purchase smoother faster. His instincts are a unique quality bout him that helped me get an awesome deal! During this crazy seller's market where homes are selling $10k-$50k over asking price, Jesse was able to get me my home under asking price with additional sellers credit on top of that. The only thing I paid out of pocket was my down payment! If you want to buy a house and go with Jesse, then you're gonna get a deal of a lifetime! read more

From the beginning we had a wonderful experience with Jesse. It was the first time buying a house in the US and we had no idea about the process. He explained us everything, from the mortgage to the search, drafting an offer, inspections, negotiation, everything. Jesse showed great patience, empathy, and cared about us. He developed a close personal relationship, which made us feel he was personally invested in the process. He never pressured or rushed us into making decisions. On the contrary, Jesse calmed things down and reassured us throughout the process that things will work out, and helped us consider all the available options before making a decision. Jesse showed great negotiation skills, getting us a much better deal than what we expected. Above all, Jesse is a wonderful person, someone you can trust, someone that will make the process of buying (or selling) a house less stressful than it is. We highly recommend Jesse for any real estate transaction. read more

I can't say enough good things about Jesse! We sold our house through his hard work and dedication. We had rented out the place for 15 years before this, and it was in very bad shape when the renters finally left. I thought it was going to take 6 months to fix up, but he was able to get it quickly remodeled and sold in just a few short weeks. He personally arranged for and oversaw all the renovations including new floor install, countertop and cabinet remodels, fixing the landscaping, electrical repair, and updating appliances. He called every day with updates and was completely reliable, honest, and acountable. When we put it on the market, the listing really stood out thanks to his attention to detail, and we received multiple offers basically on the first day. It sold for well over market value. Amazing guy-I highly reccommend him! read more

Jesse is more than just a realtor. I've worked with other realtors in Merced, and the difference is obvious....He looks at the big picture and the small details. With the big picture, he puts things in perspective. He was able to give me insight about the neighborhood, school district, upcoming development, and etc. With the details, you can tell he has knowledge with construction. He looked at the "nuts and bolts" of the home for us before even hiring an inspector. His insight on flooring, electrical, plumbing, and exterior materials helped us make an informed decision. He doesn't pressure you to buy house and is very accommodating/genuine. I would recommend Jesse to anyone and everyone. read more

Working with Jesse was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! He was amazingly kind, patient, and deeply respectful of our budget. Jesse took the time to truly understand what we were looking for, so every listing we viewed felt intentional, no time wasted on homes that didn't fit our needs. Beyond being a great listener, Jesse was always responsive, incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, and made the whole process feel seamless and stress free. We felt advocated for at every step. We couldn't have asked for a better guide, and we highly recommend Jesse to anyone looking for an honest, top-tier agent! read more
