I applied and had to follow up numerous times before they even reviewed my application. Each time I was told they would reach out with updates, but that rarely happened unless I initiated contact again. A document was missing from one of my co-tenant's applications, but we only discovered this days later when I called to check on the status. I'm not sure why we weren't informed earlier so we could provide it and have our application processed on time. There also seems to be a lack of communication within the office. I was told multiple times that my messages would be passed along, but when I eventually spoke with the property manager, it seemed like the first time she was hearing about any of it. If you're a student or on a tight timeline, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere, as the process can be slow and unreliable

Phyllis is always super sweet, cheerful and proactive, and Lisa is so nice and helpful. Jerry is great at customer service, from service request to completion. Andrew helped us find a fitting home in a timely manner and helped our transition be as smooth as possible. I asked her if she received my email alerting of a tree damaging window and foundation at a rental property she manages. I also asked her if her flooring contractor Kevin passed my alert to her. Instead of showing appreciation she accused me of trespassing at the property's backyard which is impossible because the fence has no gate. I reminded her that's slander. Back in 2023 she accused me of trespassing and painting the neighbor's fence. I emailed her The Good Neighbor Fence Act allows me to paint my side and would not paint neighbor's side without written authorization and 50% payment. I'm leaving as soon as my lease is up, and unless you have no other options, I would look elsewhere. this company is greedy, predatory, and lazy. It reeks of private equity and upper management who've never worked a day in their lives. Our onsite manager is a different story, he does everything he can to help us with the resources he is given.
