Updated counter & some appliances & good location, but extremely overpriced cookie cutter condos. Not worth it. Here's why: Thin walls/floors, loud AC/heat vent (right above dining area in one bedroom unit, can't hear friends talking at dinner table), strict, picky, & rude HOA, lack of windows/natural light (one in bedroom & then sliding door to porch, that's it), washer/dryer all-in-one which doesn't really work (can only use for a couple wash clothes or undergarments), people do not pick up after their pets, & all units are individually owned so landlords can charge extra rent for this small loud windowless box. To end, some of those landlords go through a management property so you pay extra fees to the property company. If that is the case, your landlord won't fix most of the maintenance problems and won't pay for them. Example: if your garbage disposal breaks - you pay for it. Basically don't rent the condo from Real Property Management Phx.
You hear everyone & everything. Extra loud tvs, kids screaming, neighbors fighting, etc.
Forgot to mention their pool table room is not a functioning billiard room at all. Most pool sticks are broken & there are other missing items. Also their pictures online are not updated-porches are now metal bars making all of your belongings visible. That was done so HOA can see what is on your patio & keep track of what you're doing. That remodeling process was quite lengthy too & was a major inconvenience without any answers or people to speak with. How can I forget to mention the random people who don't live there cleaning their clothes or bathing themselves with a razor in the pool? Isn't that safety of a gated condo at its finest?
Only good thing about this place were some of the friendly neighbors.
Not worth paying more than $600 for one bedroom & no more than $700 for two bedroom. read more
