The building used to be an old neighborhood cinema, but now it's home to this mailbox center that's finally having its glow-up moment. And let me tell you: the new team is a massive upgrade. The two guys running it now? Friendly, accommodating, and actually happy to help. A total 180 from the previous workers, who... well, let's just say customer service was not their strong suit. I honestly avoided this place before, but now it feels completely different--in a good way. I drop off all my FedEx and UPS packages here, and I pick up my boxes from Amazon, UPS, and FedEx at this location too. Super convenient, no stress. Needed to find out the cost of few boxes, fax two important documents, and if they ship things out of country? He said "yes". I needed to ship a small, long box that I already had with me to another country. They do faxing, printing, scanning, copy making services, notarial copy certification. Have so many mailboxes, mailing, shipping and delivering. They also sell different sizes of boxes, gift bags, stationary stuff, & greeting cards. Even have snacks and drinks. I asked Sam, "how much will it cost to rent a mailbox"? The answer blew my mind away. $269.00 a year. You have 24 hours of access to your mailboxes. Est. back in 1998, and is family owned. Place was super clean, street parking, and no public restroom. They work in conjunction with UPS, FED-EX, & USPS. Accept cash and credit cards only.

I am satisfied with all the UPS stores that I have been to, but this time I have been given the runaround which was unnecessary and painful. I was mailing a package that already had a return label and the customer service was prompt and helpful with the package. They taped it up for me, as I didn't have tape at home.
