    Garlic bread

What an incredible improvement! The owner immediately messaged me and took care of my next order. He was incredibly kind on the phone and added the garlic bread and chocolate things to the order! From someone that was extremely disappointed, it was handled in a way that made me want to come back. The pizza was a whole lot better, and my opinion was changed for the better! The owner here is doing a great job!

So good! 10/10 everything was perfect. Can't wait to try out other things here! This is going to be my go-to pizza place.

THE vegan pizza of vegan pizzas

We were visiting town from California and were dying for a vegan pizza like the ones we get back at home. We found this place and saw they offered vegan cheese and vegan sausage. I was like eh okay, I've had this combo numerous of times, I'll settle since it's the only vegan pizza in what seems like 100 miles. BUT after taking my first bite, I realized this wasn't just any daiya, beyond meat vegan pizza, it was THE daiya, beyond meat, vegan pizza. The pizza was absolutely amazing, the crust was delicious. We were so impressed and so sad the best vegan cheese/sausage pizza we've ever had is way over in Ohio. Bravo, SOL pizza, bravo!

Large pizza, half vegan half regular. Small order of fries.

Decided to try them again since they have the beyond meat cheeseburger vegan pizza. It was delicious but SOOOOO expensive! $25 for one pizza. The guy who worked there was so friendly, helpful and professional. I'll go back but not as often as I would if the prices were more doable.

Grilled chicken feta sub with roasted red peppers. This was a special pizza but they did it as a sandwich.

I am absolutely blown away that I have lived here my whole life and love good food and love great pizza and have never eaten here. This is the best pizza in the region, especially the specialty pizzas. The Ingredients are local seasonal organic on these. Their dough is aged three days and it has a nice texture and sweetness. They do a monthly artisan pizza and the maize valley one this month was incredible with seasoned sausage, sweet corn, sweet yellow peppers, hot pepper butter as a sauce, candy onions and green peppers. Delicious. The Daydreamer was amazing: Genoa Salami, Caramelized Red Onions, Roasted Red Peppers, Italian Meatballs, Mozzarella & Provolone and Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Topped with Maple Glazed Bacon and Organic Local Basil. An absolute masterpiece of flavor. There are only a couple tables to sit and eat. It is really a carry out place. The salads are great too. This food is on the level of Dewey's in Cleveland and it deserves a great full service restaurant in a prime location. It is in a sleepy plaza in North Canton but worth checking out.

Picky eater, but it this place was great. Huge portion of food that I almost couldn't finish. Awesome place, and will visit again

All that's left of the mushroom and banana pepper pizza! Soooo good!

The only place I found that serves organic spelt crust, sauce and nitrate free meats.

We went on a recommendation so we clearly had high expectations. We weren't super impressed. Won't be back.

We had the pepperoni rolls which were delicious especially with the red sauce they served with it. Their fresh bread was good. My wife really enjoyed the pepperoni salad. I thought it was good but the banana peppers tasted pickled which i didn't care for. We had the Bianca pizza, which was a flatbread not round and it had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. This was the only downside. We did see almost everyone else get the spaghetti and meatballs. Service was great and we were well taken care of.

We arrived five minutes early but were promptly seated. Our sever was adequate but not real personable. After being seated we were moved to another table but that is fine. Our food arrived within fifteen minutes which is quick in my opinion. I ordered Eggplant Parmesan with Penne pasta. We started with bread and dipping oil. The bread was soft and not made in house and the oil was good. The eggplant was crispy, warm and good although a little soggy in the middle. The pasta was warm at best and there was some dried sauce on top. The pasta was done but needed more sauce. All in all it was just okay. My wife ordered Boston Scrod and said it was as cold and had some seasoning on it. She added it did not have a lot of taste. The pasta that she ordered with the Scrod was cold. The other couple we were with received a sausage Stromboli which was not the original version they ordered. The restaurant just opened so they may be working out their processes, I don't know.

Okay, I love mama guzzardi's. I grew up coming here when I was a little girl with my family. My…read moresiblings and I are now adults, and we wanted to surprise our mom for mother's day. She loves their food and even told sweet stories about mama guzzardi giving out flowers to mothers on mother's day when she was still with us. We used to eat here at least once a week growing up. I've only been a handful of times since their remodel and the ambiance is definitely different. It's not so much a cute little Italian spot as it feels like a collab with a sports bar. We do miss the walls of old pictures, but also understand growth and wanting to change with the times. We went for mother's day, and it was absolutely beautiful outside. One of their more recent renovations was their front patio, so we decided to indulge. We had a reservation for 1pm, and didn't tell our mom where we were going. We got to the restaurant at 1, and my mom was delighted. We weren't sat until 1:10, but also understand it was mother's day, they were busy. We sat outside and didn't see a server until about 1:25. Again, they were busy we understood. When the server came out, we knew what we wanted because we had plenty of time to look at the menu. We ordered food and drinks. We then didn't see our server with drinks until 1:45. We were very hungry at this point and asked if we could have our bread (we love their bread- it's a staple)! Our server ensured us it was just coming out of the oven and he'd bring it right out. We then didn't see our food until about 2:05 (and no bread was brought in the meantime). Our server wasn't even the one to bring our food out, it was a young girl. She gave us our plates and said "wow, you guys don't have anything out here". We expressed that we'd been here for over an hour, our drinks were empty, we didn't have cheese or crushed red pepper, we never got bread. She apologized and got us all refills and bread. We then see our server come out at around 2:15 and ask if we needed anything. Our food was gone at this point because we were starving and they didn't even bring out the extra sauce until we asked. We literally ate dry pasta because we had waited so long. While he was there, we asked for the check as to not prolong the whole experience even longer. I went in to use the restroom and the once full restaurant was empty, because so many people had come and gone in the time it took us to just get our food. All in all, it was just sad because we love mama guzzardi's. My sister and mom went back the following week and had amazing service from a different young man. He was attentive and they were in and out. It's disappointing that mother's day was the day they decided to drop the ball as we were trying to have a special day with our mom. The food is amazing and we want to support the small business, but we highly advise to never sit on the patio.

This was a tough choice to make as my family has been going to this restaurant for decades. The lasagna was absolutely disgusting and the portion size was significantly smaller than usual. I have the restaurant a few chances before making this decision. It really does sadden me. I was almost in tears when i realized this place was not what it once was anymore. The service was still great though.
