At 62, after an athletically-active lifestyle for the past 44 years--track, basketball, mountain biking, weightlifting and golf, I thought those things were waning due to pain. Im am engineer. I don't avoid tech. I have had problems with their system and sometime I don't come in with my glasses on. With proper training and a consistent and professional intake protocol, many issues would be easily avoided and the overall patient experience would improve. However, it doesn't happen because the leader there doesn't take feedback and speaks very loudly when you try to have a private conversation with him. . It's a shame because the PT staff, for my experience, was knowledgeable, professional, and thoughtful. The office on Grant is in one big room now that they moved and that makes everything chaotic and the leader speaks so loudly it's like he is putting on a show for the rest of us.
