With proper training and a consistent and professional intake protocol, many issues would be easily avoided and the overall patient experience would improve. However, it doesn't happen because the leader there doesn't take feedback and speaks very loudly when you try to have a private conversation with him. . It's a shame because the PT staff, for my experience, was knowledgeable, professional, and thoughtful.
