After completing several sessions, and then telling me I'm good to go, I went back to my doctor, and he was not happy at all with the progress. He sent me somewhere else, and I can completely move my shoulder now. Now that I can compare this place to another place I realize the quality of care. And on top of that, I even received a bill for unknown added "therapy" that was beyond my co-pay and insurance coverage. The third-party billing customer service could not answer any questions about what I was being billed for. Never received an extra bill from the other PT center.

We were forced to stop speech services because my son missed 2 sessions (I was in labor and physically could not take him), the second time the office was notified in advance and they told us his spot was going to be given to someone else and we were to be put back on the 6+ month long waitlist, AGAIN! We had gone through a few OT's before getting our permanent one, whom we LOVED and saw so much growth from our son. When she left the practice in January 2024, we were told we would be week to week. Well I called the following week to schedule one and they said they had none and try again the next week. When I called back they said our authorization had expired and we needed a new referral and pre authorization from insurance. Well they got it and then said my son needed an entirely new evaluation (he did NOT and our ins did NOT require that) and that we would be put on the 6+ month long waitlist. I told them we would not be going back there because that is ridiculous. How is it fair to our kids who thrive on routine, to constantly be put on the back burner by this company?! We found services through another company and have been MUCH happier there.

I had called several places but no one was available in Benson, AZ. I did finally find a service to help but Kevin called me back that afternoon with suggestions for services from other companies. He had even called some to verify they had someone available. I was very surprised that he had gone to such lengths to help me when he wasn't able to take care of my dad. A CNA is not to change dressings, yet a male CNA changed my loved ones heal dressing causing him to scream. He thought he could yank the dressing and the padded covering off in one fell swoop from the knee to the bottom of the foot. I wrote the chief of nursing and two others who are their top dogs. NO response from any of them! My loved one while still living at home had 10x4 inches skin off the back of his thighs pulled off several years ago and he did not scream at all. So you know this really hurt! The wound nurse said the next day she would change the dressing.... lying to my face. She did not change the dressing. This loved one might have to have a second amputation and this is how they treat him! They also refused him antibiotics prescribed by the VA wound department. He has lost 2 lbs per month since being admitted 36 months ago. Keep this address you will need it!
