I have been a patient of Simons Physical Therapy for a few months. They are very accommodating and professional. They personalized my treatment by tailoring treatments and massage to my individual needs. Their therapists give their complete attention to you during your session, unlike some other PT clinics I have been to, where one therapist was seeing 2 or 3 patients at one time. I've had a different experience. Financial policy was prioritized over patient care. When I arrived at the office we determined that I had an insurance conflict and would not be covered for this visit. Because of this, I needed to cancel the appointment. Even though I did physically show up after spending 1.5 hrs driving to the clinic, they charged me $50 plus cc service charge for not being seen. There are a lot of other excellent PT practices who choose kindness and flexibility over financial policy. Just saying.... read more

I went to physical therapy here to help me with an old knee issue that was flaring up. Previously other physical therapies didn't work long term. I felt like I gained the skills to combat an issue I thought would be an issue for the rest of my life. All of the staff are professional, helpful and welcoming! I learned a lot of ways to strengthen my knee, how the muscles all work together and how to overall take care of it. It's a very inclusive and welcoming space which I really enjoyed! There are 2 therapy dogs, local business and they are lgbtq owned. If I ever need physical therapy again I will absolutely come here. The whole experience was truly life changing and I'm grateful I can move forward toward an active future with full knee mobility. read more

As a retired physical therapist, I chose this facility for my post-surgical shoulder therapy. I couldn't be happier with my progress and can't say enough good things about this place. The therapists, therapist assistants and support staff are totally professional and friendly. In addition, you can tell right away that they truly care about your progress. You get personalized treatments without any feeling that you are being rushed along. The sessions are always 55 minutes, one-on-one in a private room and you receive written exercises so that you know what to do at home. The attention to detail is outstanding. The bonus is being greeted by two very sweet, hypo-allergenic therapy dogs. It's a truly lovely environment. This is the only place I would go for outpatient therapy read more

I have found that the staff at Simons Physical Therapy are very attentive and personal in managing the care of their patients. They spend time to really know what's wrong and treat everyone with professional care. Along with good Physical Therapy, they also provide hands-on manipulation of muscle and tissue which stimulate healing. I think their hands-on work makes them far superior to other physical therapy offices, who just provide exercises in the gym. Simons physical therapy is the only physical therapy facility that I recommend. Believe me I should know. I've had treatments from several other places and the treatments are rushed, cookie-cutter, indifferent or all three. It was difficult for me to recover with any of those types of atmospheres. This is not the case at Simons. At Simons you get 55 minutes of hands on therapy. You get physical exercises which the staff make sure you know how to do when you are at home. The time that you're at Simons is spent getting your superb treatment in a private room. Not tables next to each other where everyone can hear your conversations or concerns with the therapist, as in other facilities. When I first arrived at Simons I could barely walk, and my leg muscles had atrophied. I am now walking about a mile a day, doing housework, shopping, socializing, and living a life! The staff is friendly, professional, and caring. Most of all, they really treat you like a person, and they give a darn about you. To get to Simons requires about an hours drive each way for me. I previously wrote a review on 08/17/2017, giving Simons a 5-star rating. My rating of their service and top-notch therapists hasn't changed. They are great! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. My only caveat is the co-owner needs to keep her political views to herself. This was the first time I'd had personal contact with Stacy. It took about 5 seconds after I'd laid on the couch before she began drilling me on my views on politics and a cornucopia of other issues. My physical therapy session turned into a political debate. I told her in a letter that I found it to be very unprofessional and discussed it with her in person. She is entitled to her views on a whole host of things that she felt the need to debate with me -- but not on my dime and the insurance company's dime. I will reiterate, their physical therapy is outstanding in my view, but stick to physical therapy and leave the political debates and debates on all the other issues for a different venue; it isn't conducive to proper therapy. I will also say I'd received great therapy from a number of the other technicians and never had the issue arise. They are fantastic people and fantastic therapists. read more

So. Thankful. For. This. Place. This place is amazing. Seriously. I was in a car accident in March 2012, then deployed 4 days later to Afghanistan...yay. I returned months later with some serious neck/back pain and chronic migraines. The treatment and care I've been receiving at Simons Physical Therapy has been incredible. The rooms are all individual, so you truly receive one-on-one attention. The very first appointment I had was at least 20-25 minutes describing everything I went through and then a complete evaluation, all that was dictated onto an iPad so no matter which therapist saw me in the future, they could share notes. Perfect. I've done at least 15 sessions there and have received everything from manual fascia manipulation (look it up), to cranio-sacral treatment, to stretching, the list goes on. I've never had a therapist that wasn't absolutely superb and never had a session that I didn't walk out of feeling way better. I have several people from my squadron at work that also go here and they all have the same comments...we were just lucky enough that the physical therapy clinic on base was full so we were sent here for treatment. read more

Stacy Simon is a genius when it comes to physical therapy and her staff is just as good. My doctor recommended me to go to Simons for my Myasthenia Gravis. And I am so happy she did. Funny thing is I get fascia release. And boy is it painful. I scream. I scream so loud that people in the waiting room get worried. But I love the pain because the pain means the fascia is working. And boy does it work. After my treatments I can walk again and there are even days I come out of there dancing. I love the staff and i love the service they provide. They are the best. I never knew Physical Therapy could help so much and I look forward to each of my sessions. read more

Look no further. No where else will you get the individual undivided attention you will receive here. I am a clinician in town and would refer any of my patients here. I have had knee issues for a few years which I of course, being a clinician, ignored until I made a plan for a backpacking/hiking trip which included 10 mountain passes and about 250 miles. It was time for action and to Stacy I went. I was able to accomplish my goal of hiking the John Muir trail with absolutely no knee issues. This much exceeded my expectations. I went to a few physical therapists with no relief for my sciatica. At Simons physical therapy, Stacey reviewed my medical records, interviewed me and determined it was my piriformis muscle. Stacey and Dawn did physical therapy for me and education on exercises and the pain was gone within weeks and it has not returned. The amount of time they took for therapy and education was amazing. I've had strained trapezius muscles, extending up into my neck since January and was referred to Simons Physical Therapy. The staff has been wonderful and attentive to my condition, but the one that stands out is Lanie. She is kind, caring and knows how to treat me. It amazes me that she has the stamina to work as hard as she does, stretching, kneading and massaging the areas that require her attention. After a session with her, I feel a definite improvement. I have had the pleasure of being treated at Simons twice. This place is amazing. This is NOT your typical do these exercises (printed on a sheet) and I will be back to check on you. Nope, the whole time you are there you are being worked on by Stacy or one of her very qualified p/t's. Don't let your doctor or insurance send you ANYWHERE else.
