This was insufficient for a busy evening and we recognize that this happens but it didn't appear that this wasn't the norm based on the waitresses behavior. I had thought initially since nobody was around, that maybe the food or service here might be bad. I was wrong. I've had a lot of Panang Curries in the past (it's my favorite Thai dish), so I knew what to expect taste-wise. But this was probably the best Panang Curry I've ever had, hands down. It made the other Panang Curries I've had from other Thai restaurants nearby seem bad in comparison. This Panang Curry was spicy (but not *too* spicy), savory, and it had the perfect ratio of sauce to vegetables to chicken. I also really appreciate that this restaurant didn't skimp out on the chicken; other nearby restaurants will throw in just a small handful of meat pieces and call it a day, which ruins the dish in my opinion.
