    Chicken Satay

Authentic Thai Food, great service with all Thai wait staff. Excellent chicken pad Thai. Our favorite is the spicy catfish, crispy catfish Service with a very pang sauce and piped with basil leaves. Angel wings also worth a try(Chicken Wings stuffed with minced pork) and usually not offered at many other Thai Restaurants. On the downside, Lad Na noodles were dry and sauce was a bit too salty. Everything else was good. Overall positive experience and would recommend as a good Thai option in the Western Suburbs. Thank you

My friend got the Thai catfish and I got the tofu and veggie soup. Both were delicious. Nice atmosphere large tables and the service was relatively quick.

So I chose this place since I wanted Mexican bread after dinner. I chose it out of convenience, but man was I lucky for that. The food is amazing! The appetizer was delicious. It had shrimp rolls, veggie rolls, spring rolls, fish cake , chicken satay, shrimp mini dumplings I think, veggie tempura, potstickers, and an array of sweet sauces. The chicken satay was incredibly seasoned. I wish I could season like this! Everything was hot and crunchy. We also ordered the crab rangoons and the after taste made you come back for more. The Siam Salmon was delicious. The skin was CRISPY. Y'all this is a feat even at higher priced places. The cherry Teriyaki sauce was not overly sweet, the veggies were crunchy. The service is quick and to the point. Don't expect them to hold your hand. They are accurate and respectful. I wish I had room for more. I'm definitely coming back.

My husband and I came for birthday appetizers. We enjoyed the rangoons and egg rolls. I would not get the chicken wings again. The wings were creative, but they weren't for me. The star of the meal was our dessert. I loved it!! We would come back to try their entrees. Ambiance was pretty. They have linen (for those who enjoy nice tabletops) and a fresh flower! Enjoy :)

I had the green curry chicken and my wife had her usual pad Thai. The curry was like soup. It had no thickness to it and was overwrought with bamboo shoots. It also lacked depth of flavor. My wife's pad Thai noodles were overdone and the chicken was like rubber. I was very disappointed with our meal.

Fantastic! Great, friendly service. The Thai egg rolls were amazing. Five star chicken was great. My dad had lemon grass beef and loved it too.

Tofu egg rolls ($4). Not bad.

I wish this place were better, but it serves bland, watery food. This is suburban Thai at its worst. The restaurant doesn't have online ordering, so I phoned mine in. The person taking the order claimed every dish could be made vegan without fish/oyster sauce and without shrimp paste (which is a base of Thai curries 99% of the time and almost never modifiable). The tofu egg roll ($4 for three) was the best part of the meal: crispy and savory. The vegetable delight (~$12) is gloopy and bland. The red curry (~$12) was supremely watery and bland. The lard nar (~$12) was gloopy and, you guessed it, bland. The pad kee mao (~$12) is supposed to be a spicy stir-fry dish with noodles. Here it was a watery dish with black pepper instead of Thai chilies. The spicy basil leaf (~$12) was better and had zing, but also was the smallest portion size of any dish. If you're looking for better Thai food in the far west suburbs of Chicago, check out Bangkok Restaurant in Geneva. Tusk Thai in Batavia is also decent. CK Pad Thai in Carol Stream is also solidly good.

We did notice their prices are higher than other Thai restaurants we have eaten at My wife had their Coconut Soup with chicken. It was very flavorful with a blend of coconut milk broth, lemongrass, lime, mushrooms and chicken. (17.95) I always have Pad See Ewe but this time I went with shrimp instead of chicken. I should have stayed with chicken..the shrimp were small and basically frozen from a bag with very little flavor. (18.95) Portions were small in my opinion for the price. We did notice a constant flow of pickups for takeout but since Simply Thai is not close to where we live, not sure I would make the effort to go back again.

In addition to what appeared to be another price increase, the portion sizes of our entrees were noticeably smaller than what we've had in the past. To top it off, both of our entrees tasted off and neither of us felt well afterwards. Pains me to say it, but I think it's time to find another go-to Thai place.

It's a family owned restaurant, they are friendly from the time I've picked u my food. They are also available on Uber eats I' believe. But so far these are the items I have tried: 5/5 stars: Egg drop soup- there egg drop soup is so good and unique! I have to be in the mood for this soup but they add veggies in theirs which I love. However, it's a little pricey for a vegetarian soup. I think the large is $10! 2.5/5 stars: Crab Rangoon- they look like money bags, which I've had before in a Thai restaurant. I don't know what it is about their crab Rangoon's however I feel like they're almost very bland and you can't really taste the flavor of crab Rangoon, which is why I gave that rating. 5/5 stars: Chicken Pad See Eiw- absolutely love this dish it's full of flavor, veggies and protein. 5/5 stars: Chicken Penang Curry- it's one of the most underrated Currys, but it's very good a little sweet a little hot. Served with white rice it's definitely a good try. What I love about this place is I've asked for a higher spice level and they have delivered! I cannot wait to try more items from this restaurant and I will report back hopefully.

Very casual spot where you seat yourself in the restaurant of about 9-10 tables. We were waiting on quickly and the food looked great once but came out . Sauce flavor was a delight and it came with white rice which i upgraded to fried rice . Hubby got crab pad Thai and he really enjoyed it. He was pleased that it was real crab as well. He did ask for chili as he likes to add spice to everything. The appetizer crab Rangoon was on point as well and then we finished with mango sticky rice . My favorite dessert when available which was a tasty ending to a great meal. I'd definitely go back to try more dishes .

Chopsticks Noodle & Thai Cafe is in an unassuming location in a strip mall. Here the major difference is it's not some order at the counter type of place. There's a pretty big menu of meaty and vegetarian friendly choices with varying levels of spiciness. A not quite fancy restaurant but better than the others around here with this type of cuisine. It's got enough room for plenty of booths and tables. The menu features a lot of the typical favorites like noodles, rice, and whatever. A lot of the entrees have a choice of protein. They of course have beef and chicken, but also tofu. It's about $12 for an entree. We got some of the choices for vegetarians. I got the Cashew Stir-Fried. This had carrots, onions, peas, peppers, and pineapple, and the choice of protein was tofu. Good spiciness without being burning ass hot. The rest of the menu has a pretty good variety of things.
