Service was a little terrible but we know it was one kid serving us and he told us straight up. Any mix drinks weren't available as there was only one service. The karaoke is a no go if you are scared of Covid because the karaoke remote was definitely not sanitized. The waiter told us there are covers for the mics in case we have diseases. We were a bit like wtf because that's a rude comment but whatever because the waiter must have been only like 20. Waiter never cleaned up any mess, there is literally zero service even if u pay, he asked for us to go outside to accommodate him. I mean, the place could be bettter if owner invest in having more eligible and multiple waiters. What a disappointment and a waste of our time. read more

worest seafood pancake I ever had . Full of carrots and green pepper ， hard to see any seafood. I have had spicy seafood pancake.

Had the black bean noodles it tasted very bland. Was supposed to have a whole egg cut in half and only got the half egg. the calamari looks nothing like the picture also it's the frozen kind they got from the grocery store next door at h-mart. Over priced as hell for wat I got so never coming back not worth it. read more

I had super bad service when I arrived here. I ended up not getting my food at all with a party of 7 with barely any customers.

tried this place last night and it was a total disappointment. Our waitress was great, the food good but the bartender was horrible. We sat there watching him for over 30 minutes just walk back and forth at the bar not making any drinks. Our waitress even went up to him to ask about our drink orders and still he just kept walking back and forth just refilling stuff not making any drinks. he even walked up to our table and rudely asked us if we had a question cause we were watching him. He was pissed and wanted to start an argument with our table. We ended up cancelling our drink orders which were all simple drinks on the rocks. That almost an hour later the bartender still hadn't started to make. Waitress kept apologizing for our service with the bartender but we told her she was great but we couldn't stay with the service we were getting from that bartender. read more

Food is good, but service is bad they only have one guy basically hosting and serving, he is doing good but they should honestly hire more than just one guy running around, we're having to wait 30 minutes in between each ring which is ruining our whole experience read more

I was so exciting to eat the Pong Dak,i have been looking for cheese chicken for a long.Everything was good except the cheese,so disappoint w the taste, wish they can change the cheese more thicker and cheesy.Other foods are good read more

so fun definitely worth a visit !!! my friends and I visited last min and it was so fun. great quality music great drinks and amazing atmosphere read more

Honestly you just go here for the "vibes" and to drink. The food is really not that great, especially for the price. The last time I was here the staff was not friendly at all. They fail to inform you that when you are ready to order, you should press the call button. My friend and I were trying to get attention from a server and this girl just looked at us multiple times and never asked if we needed assistance. Don't get me wrong, I work in customer service too, but this girl was awful and rude for no reason. Horrible service and overpriced food. read more

Howdy Howdy, found this spot while walking and it was a good hit !!! The chicken nugget was bomb and the staffs were super friendly about the menu and orders Definitely will come back !!! read more

I've only been to one other karaoke bar before and my experience was not great so I'm pleasantly surprised with Soju! The staff here are friendly and accommodating to try and get you everything set up as efficiently as possible. They come in to check on you every so often and are friendly, making sure everything is running okay. Plenty of parking and located in Katy Asian Town so lots of things to do around the area also! So fun! Will definitely be back! read more

I made a reservation 10 days in advance. Get there and they say they can't find my reservation. The rooms are all booked up. Most ridiculous thing ever. Find a better way to keep track of reservations!!!!! read more

Food and service are alright. They tend to not really double check on what people order. Waiting til the time we were going to leave to finally come out with the last dish. I been here a few times with friends and I feel like they don't feel like serving guest that look 21 or younger much. read more

So gross. Everything was cold. Quality has gone down so much. Only good thing is the karaoke and even the rooms are poorly taken care of.

Went there yesterday for lunch with the family. We were pretty excited since this place had good reviews. Sadly we were deeply disappointed. We ordered the seafood pancake and asked for it to be extra crispy. I've done this many times at other Korean restaurants. Waitress said "no it has to be soft there's no way to make it crispy." I should've taken that as a warning, but I didn't. She was right. The entire pancake was soggy. No crisp edges or crispy areas. We also ordered chili cream chick and the nuggets of chicken we so dried out and tough on the outside that it was hard to chew and swallow. The tonkatsu (fried pork cutlet) was also overcooked and dried out. Our last dish, takoyaki, was undercooked. It needed another 5 mins in the pan. The center was very mushy like uncooked batter. The complimentary white rice was mushy as well. We were all disappointed after spending $70 and left 3/4 of the food on the table uneaten. Sadly we have no desire to come back and try anything else. Takoyaki - 1/5 Tonkatsu- 1/5 Chili cream chick - -1/5 (yes that's a negative 1) Seafood pancake - -5/5 (yes that too is a Negative 5) read more

This place was great! I only gave a 4 star because i made a reservation for 9 and did not get our room until 9:30ish but that's okay. We stayed until closing and was not disappointed. The food was great. They did not bother or interrupt our karaoke session unless we asked for things. They were professional and very nice. read more

A friend brought me here and recommended it. It was not good. The beef was dry and didn't have much flavor. The noodles we bland too. wings were the be at thing but even they were undersized and not very crispy. I don't know why he recommended it. The only thing that was cool about it was the booth had a wall around it. read more

Good place to get drunk and hang out, really enjoyed the atmosphere and drinks, will definately be coming back for more!

Horrible service, cancelled my reservation and didn't let me know even though I was only 5mins late. Was very rude when I was trying to explain and wasn't listening to me at all. Do not recommend at all!!!! Customer service is a zero!!!! Only giving one star cause I have to give a star read more

I went with a couple friends for the private karaoke. Everything was amazing (food, drinks, and ambiance). I would highly recommend!

We stumbled upon this cool place while searching for a great karaoke bar. This place met our expectations highly. The karaoke rooms gave us enough space for a big party, and the place has a big selection of songs from pop, Kpop, Jpop, and other songs in different languages. The staff was excellent and helpful catering to our group. The food is delicious! I highly recommend ordering the chicken wings and fries. They were hot and crispy and not too oily. The soju drinks are tasty and kept us going for the next couple of hours. The atmosphere is very lively outside the karaoke rooms, and the place enforces social distancing and Covid protocols. The restrooms were very clean, with two stalls. I noticed the wifi password was a very long math problem, so good luck to solving it. The karaoke rooms aren't sound proof, but it's still private and can tune out other rooms. Our party had a fabulous time at this place. You pay what you get for, and honestly worth going to if you're looking to have a great night out in Houston! read more

Came here with a group of friends for karaoke. We were fortunate enough to stop by one a day while they were having a 30% back to school discount for karaoke rooms so we paid $30/hour for a group of 8 people. The room was extremely spacious and was quite clean walking in. Right when we walked in, the staff taught us how to use the keypad to input songs and was quite helpful when we had questions. One thing I really liked about this karaoke system was that there were a variety of languages to choose from (English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese) so the experience was even better because everyone in our group was able to find songs they love in their language!! There was a wide selection of food to order and lots of soju, beer, cocktails, and liquor options. I think the only downside was that if you were looking to order more drinks or food off the menu you had to walk outside to the bar area to do so. With so much singing going on, water and drink refills were frequent among the group, so people were going in and out of the room quite often. I think installing a bell or light indicator would help give a better experience without the need for so many interruptions. Another downside to the experience was learning to use the keypad was somewhat confusing. There's just so many buttons in so many languages that it left us with a couple of friends having to be stuck with the task of inputting songs for the rest of the group. Hopefully they can develop a cheat sheet in the future so everyone can have an easy way to figure out how to use the system. Overall, I think it was a great experience despite some minor aspects I'd want to change about the experience. At the end of the night we had loads of fun and left with great memories. I'll definitely be back again!! read more

I was so excited about finding Korean fried chicken in the area. I thought it would be as good as dak and boo. There was a packed house and long lines but we were seated quickly. We ordered the Korean fried chicken, ramen and rice with egg. The chicken was burnt and flavorless. Not a kick of seasoning. I assume that's why they give you the little cup of salt and pepper on the side. But for $16 I expected so much more. The ramen was for my 8 year old and we asked the waitress if it was spicy and she said no. She lied. It was too spicy for the adults much less him. So we ended up eating white rice with a fried egg on it. The service was atrocious. We never got refills or asked if we were ok. There's a bell to press when you need help and it only got answered twice. I had to go get my own straws and find someone to bring the check. Never again and I wish I could get a refund. Horrible. read more

Great tteok-bokki and friendly staff! There is a large drink selection and a huge menu.

Can't beat the happy hour prices on soju & they have nice little karaoke rooms you can head to with your friends after your meal for an affordable fixed rate! Best japchae I've had hands down, I always order it to go whenever I'm in houston which is basically every other week haha read more

Let me just start by saying WOW! The atmosphere here is great, I feel like I'm in Korea. The food selection is super large, so for sure me and my friends will be back a lot to try all the different foods. They also have a nice bar in the back for those who like to have a couple drinks with their meal. The waiters and waitresses are also super nice and friendly. We're definitely coming back! read more

I went there today at 11:25am because I was craving white rice and butterfly shrimp. When I entered the employee came around the corner and said they were not open yet, I asked when they would open and his reply was when the cook comes in. I'm shocked...then I went to Gloria's Latin cuisine. read more

I went here with tthree friends. The song book was so hard to navigate. Worse karaoke experience ever

This bar offers a large variety of food and drinks! Service is great and fast! Get their kpop fries!!

This is the third time I come here and honestly only the first experience was good...the last two, I found they don't clean their karaoke rooms including remotes, mics, seating, and table well. Everything was so sticky, there was sauce on the remotes, had the wrong one at first so the guy brought me the correct one but was also dirty (chunks off food and sauce) and missing the backspace button which made it a hassle to choose songs. The guy which I'm guessing was the manager, seemed to be in a bad mood the last two times I came. I was actually hesitant to ask him for a new remote and to clean it because he didn't seem to want to keep coming back to the karaoke room which is understandable, but dude, the room was NOT ready!! It wasn't clean, the sound system or whatever was not in the correct settings, the mic settings too. I spent much of my time trying to fix it because in my experience, whenever we ask for their help, they don't know how! I am reconsidering ever coming back. I love karaoke but that's my only motivator. Customer service was lacking and please take my advice when I say CLEAN THE KARAOKE ROOMS and everything that gets used!! I don't want to see food on my stuff and have a sticky purse because I set it down on the seat. read more

We went for lunch today. Drove all the way from east Houston. One guy was working the floor and as host. ZERO personality. Saw this place on TikTok and decided to give it a shit because it looked really good. The noodles were good. But I really wanted the chicken cutlets. He said they were out. Disappointed. They looked really good on the website. What I chose in return was also a disappointment. Also ordered the chicken and tater tots with "cheese." That was nowhere near cheese. It had the consistency of gravy, but was sweet. It was absolutely terrible. Everyone at the table tried it snd didn't like it. The video was very deceiving making it out to be "cheese." Not worth the drive for me. read more
