I moved from FL to NY back in November, I had quite A hair identity catastrophe in that time frame. I spent weeks calling around and going to consultations throughout the area, none of which could satisfy my desire to assure me I could return my hair to it's normal state. Then there was Soho& Ms. Gina. Gina was patient calm and answered all my questions, while quickly booking me in and setting me up with an amazing stylist, Natalie. What a blessing she was. The sweetest, most thoughtful, talented woman. I was given so much kindness care and A TRULY BEAUTIFUL full highlight and gloss. The service was meticulous and matched my vision. I'm VERY pleased with the entire experience. I feel like myself again. The salon is simple clean modern and nice. I'm sad to say I'm moving from Garrison to my next destination in October, but NY is a home base as well.. So better late then never to of found my NY Salon. I was a former Roberts salon customer for years. Now I'm a very happy Soho salon customer. The new renovation is lovely and just what Cold Spring needed. I'm a customer of Wendy and have been for years. No one cuts and styles my hair better. I used to work in NYC and spend hundreds on a cut and they never compared to the cut and style I receive from Wendy. And it's consistent. Lauren was fantastic with her product knowledge, and helped me pick out a whole bunch of goods from hand lotion and curl cream, to shampoos and conditioners. She's very passionate about her work and takes the time to listen to her clients about there needs and what products and services work for them. In addition, everyone else was great. My new favorite hair salon in the Hudson Valley. I love the staff, the decor and the hair products. Lauren was my daughters hair dresser and my daughter has beautiful curly hair but it is hard to find someone who knows how to work curly hair. Lauren knew exactly what she was doing... my daughter was happy and we left with products that made her curls look better than ever! I can't wait to go back and get my hair done. Today was my first trip to Soho Salon and it was an excellent experience. I took my 5-year-old with me, and the entire staff could not have been kinder or more welcoming. Desiree, who washed our hair, is such a gracious pro. Lauren not only gave us fabulous cuts and blow dries, but was so patient with and friendly to my daughter.
