Instead of cutting corners, he fixed everything the right way. They handled new framing, opening up walls, plumbing corrections, and a full rebuild of the space. The craftsmanship really shows, especially in the details. The shower tile work is flawless, and the shampoo niche came out super clean and well-designed. The new tile flooring ties everything together perfectly, and the paint finish gives the whole bathroom a fresh, modern coastal feel. You'll start with Misty at their showroom. With some measurements and a couple photos, she'll begin your design, providing 3D renderings along the way. She couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful and patient. My wife Karen and her friend Colleen were the primary decision makers. But, realizing I was out numbered, Misty was compassionately accommodating with the couple of requests I had. Once the design is approved, Bryce (owner) came out to our house for final measurements. Even after his meticulous work, it turned out our refrigerator wouldn't fit under the cabinet above it. He and Misty made the exchange for the next smaller size a breeze. In addition to a top shelf customer experience all the way around, their price was within $100 of Builders Surplus!! I would give them 10 stars if the system allowed it; our highest recommendation.

We ultimately chose Javier because he was able to accommodate a Saturday appointment and because his quote was reasonably priced. Javier was on time and completed the work to our satisfaction. He was absolutely respectful of our time and of our new place. He was super informative throughout the whole process, even providing us with a guide on how to make sure the bathtubs were prepped before the glazing and with after glaze care instructions. Again, it's tiny, hideous, and hairy butt ugly. Elite Kitchen and Bath gutted and re-did everything...new floors, new shower, new lights, walls, absolutely everything. It looks spectacular! They have a showroom in Irvine where you can go and look at hundreds of samples of tile, which I really liked, as opposed to people that bring a few samples to your home. Be prepared for the work to take longer than you expect. I think all contractors over-schedule their jobs so there's times that no one is at your house for three or four days and you're wondering will it ever get done. Be patient. It's hard to be patient when you're missing a toiket, but still. I'd definitely recommend Elite Kitchen & Bath.
