It IS...So Fresh. Great flavors, with lots of options. I got the BBQ Bowl with Blackened Chicken. The chicken had great blackening and was tasty! The bowl was a great combination of veggies, cheese and rice. My wife got the Power Bowl and added shrimp. It was also fresh and delicious. Food came out pretty quickly and staff checked in on us multiple times even though it's pretty much self-service. Small indoor and outdoor dining areas. Nice bathroom all the way in the back. Lots of people picking up to-go orders. Menu can be a bit daunting, so check it out ahead of time - especially if you're going to build your own. read more

I ordered it to go and everything was fresh and delicious, except the sirloin steak. A big portion of the sirloin steak was unedible. It was hard and full of fibers all around. It was impossible to bite on it. The steak portion is not big, so this definitely left me hungry for more. All the steak was diced except that bigger piece of steak in the picture, which leads me to think they must have noticed that it could not be cut into.... They should have replaced it... Stopped here for lunch on Mother's Day. I placed my order online and when I arrived 10 min early to the restaurant, they worked diligently to give me my food quicker. My baby was in the car with my husband but started to get fussy so I left the inside of the restaurant to care for my baby and one of the employees actually brought the food out to our car. He went above and beyond! Finally, the food was absolutely delicious. Best bowl I've ever had. read more

I stopped in here once I got into Tampa from the airport with my husband. I was happy to find a place that would accommodate my dairy and gluten intolerances. I ordered the signature salad with out cheese and a healthy size piece of salmon. Delicious!!! The salmon was cooked perfect and paired well with the signature salad. I was definitely satiated by the end of my meal. I enjoyed agave tea with the meal and definitely recommend, it is not too sweet. My husband got the Baja fiesta wrap. It was huge!!! Showed up for their grand opening and enjoyed seeing their menu in person. They have a great order in advance and pick up area which is well organized and easy to navigate thanks to some dedicated 5-minute parking spots right in front of the shop entrance. The place is bright, clean, and makes you feel healthier just by walking in the front door. The customizable bowls make it easy to get exactly what you want. We hoped to participate in their giveaways and discounts but those were not clearly visible. The food was worth the full price we paid. read more

The staff is always so nice at this location. The food is delicious and fresh. My go-to is the salmon with shrimp over veggies and their sweet sauce (slightly blackened, so good). LOVE SoFresh!! And this location because Eric is great. The food never disappoints and I find myself always trying something new whenever I go. I love the warm bowls but my roommate speaks highly of the quesadillas. This bowl was brown rice and romaine lettuce topped with tofu, mushrooms and green peppers. I am at a work conference and staying at a hotel. I didn't like the conference food so I looked at Yelp to get fresh good food for lunch who can also deliver for 3 people. I tried 2 other places and they couldn't accommodate (which surprised me) I found SoFresh Westshore and ordered online. I realized I made a mistake and did a pickup instead of delivery. I called and spoke to the nicest guy on the phone who made it so easy for me and changed it for delivery. All total 30 minutes from ordering to delivery!! One of the partners Eric even delivered it. Who does that!! Superb The Food is Sooooo good. We were so surprised how tasty, fresh and delicious it was. I highly recommend this place and I gotta say from someone being in the hospitality business, they went above and beyond. read more

Did you wake up today with a strong desire to gain 10 pounds of water weight? If the answer to that question is yes, then immediately head to SoFresh, where the food is SO SALTY, SO SALTY that by the end of the day, you will bust out of our Lululemons because of how bloated you are. I am referring to their herb chicken and citrus chicken. It's like they took some chicken breasts, marinated them in a shit ton of pure salt, cooked them and diced them. Little cubes of chicken-flavored sodium, enough to make you feel bloated just by sniffing them. I would never eat here again. read more

I am a big fan of Fresh Kitchen and wish I'd gone there. I couldn't figure out how the flavors would go together. The owner came to our table to help me put together a hot blackened salmon bowl, with quinoa, zucchini noodles (sic), garbanzos, mushrooms, and kale with a kale basil pesto sauce. He did suggest a couple of ready made choices several times. The items had almost no flavor, nor did the sauce. Unlike the spicy blackened chicken which my daughter had, the salmon had black flecks of no flavor. The quinoa had no lemon zest. The zucchini was the skin peels with little or no noticeable garlic. The chick peas, kale and cooked mushrooms were plain. The pesto was not pesto with garlic, walnuts or pinons, Parmesan and tasty basil, olive oil. It was a drap flavorless oily dip. I borrowed some of my daughter's Caesar (which had little or no noticeable garlic) and that didn't really help. The flavors and textures never came together or "married." The place was clean. The people were nice. It's next to Barnes and Noble if you're parked and starving. It was also $$40+ for not much pleasure or food. I won't go back. read more

Dirty little restaurant. Bathroom was nasty at 11:30am before the lunch rush. Place needs a little facelift. The bench was filled with crumbs. Before getting my food I told the person working the register that all of the benches were dirty and I thought he would want to know. He thanked me and never came to clean them while I was there. I wiped one of them down myself with a napkin when I got my food and the attendant never wiped them down while I was there. I found it strange as you would think that I mentioned it because I wanted to sit on the bench side of the tables and they were all dirty. Siracusa bottle was nasty, windows nasty. Not a pleasant environment to eat a so called healthy lunch. I ate half my wrap and got the heck out of there. Good luck. read more

They have a wonderful array of salads, soups, market plates to enjoy - all super fresh and healthy. Even with the emergence of spots like Sweetgreens, Cava and of course, long time fave Fresh Kitchen, Tampa has needed a place like Just Salad to bring home one of the best salad joints - they beat out the competition with their wide variety of toppings to choose from and I just find their food the freshest of the fresh. I'm used to a chain restaurant I frequent a lot for salads that takes an unusually long time to prepare food, so this blew my mind a little. I did not love the pretzel stick = it had the taste of garlic, which I hate. I did really like the salad though, although I would have preferred all the ingredients to be mixed, instead of sitting on top of the salad. Plenty of toppings though, over a generous portion of lettuce. No ambiance review because from what I gather this a to-go only kind of place, which is a cool and useful concept. However, the wrap made up for it. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming even through the drive through experience.
