A BYO bowl was $12.99 and I wanted a cold pressed drink and they had the Pressed brand for $8.99. I about gagged at the prices. I ended up paying $23.82 for a lunch meal. I was highly disappointed. I got the chicken Caesar wrap and it looks kind of janky (color wise) but it tasted good. I wish there was a little less Parmesan cheese but that's just me. We ordered through the relish at the office and my coworker got the buffalo chicken wrap and said it didn't really taste like buffalo but was still pretty solid and filling. I've had their pb banana smoothie at their brickell Miami location and that was also solid. The food is sooo good here. I got the crispy chicken buffalo wrap and it was full of spicy flavor. I love the ranch dressing that came with the wrap as it was not like any other ranch dressing I have tasted prior. The regular build your own bowl is very fulfilling also. You get to choose 2 bases, 2 proteins, 1 veggie and 1 sauce. The highlights of the bowl for me were the Mac n cheese along with the mushrooms. The ambiance of the place is very chill. They have a nice selection of bases, veggies and proteins to choose from. I went with a small bowl , which was a gracious plenty. It's a better deal to order the large, however I had no way to store my leftovers. In my bowl was the kale, mushrooms, buffalo cauliflower and spicy tuna! A nice serving of all . Once I added the honey sriracha dressing it had a tasty flavorful kick to it. I enjoyed my lunch. The associate helping me was new but hustling and confident. My only feedback, however an important piece of information is that I feel they need containers that hold up better. Plus the bag they put my order into was to large. Stopped here daily when I was in Tampa, now in terms of service the turn over is very high so there is very little consistency in preparation and level of service but I will say the build your own bowls are an amazing value and all the ingredients are delicious. I used to go to the Vale in Tallahassee a few times a week and loved it. I was excited to finally try the Tampa location but likely won't be back. First, I tried to go twice (6pm and 4pm) , their hours online say open until 7pm, but both times it was closed. Third times the charm I guess, I went around 1pm for lunch and was disappointed. They were out of everything. There were 3 near empty bases which looked okay. I got the kale which was weirdly very sweet. The only two veggies were buffalo cauliflower and mushrooms. Both alright, warm at best. I got the ancho chicken which was good. I didn't get a boost, again, out of half of what the menu offers.
