The potatoes had a nice crisp to the outside but nice and soft on the inside, the short rib was so tender, so juicy, it was just a very well rounded, great tasting hash. The outdoor space is beautiful and relaxing, while the inside is just as comfortable and inviting. And it's not just a restaurant--it's also a brewery! We had the pleasure of meeting the head brewmaster, Tim, who comes from three generations of brewers. He was classically trained in the Reinheitsgebot tradition and spent about 20 minutes talking with us about the passion, craftsmanship, and attention to detail he puts into creating their beers.
