Stopped in here after working at the coffee shop next door and I was so happy I could grab an açaí bowl before I headed home. The staff was so kind and friendly. The bowl was great and really fresh!

i love the glow with greens! such a good smoothie, tastes strongly of coconut. small locations only open on weekends, super quick and easy to grab and go! workers here are super nice, if you wanted to eat inside you could go into the coffee shop next door and they wouldn't stop you. the businesses are friendly with each other so i don't think they would care. lots of outside seating with fans

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you, it is so hard to find! It's basically the size of a closet next to DI Coffee Bar. If I didn't see the neon banana in other yelp photos I don't know if I would have ever found it. The only real sign is the sticker on the clear plastic. With that said, I got the Islander smoothie and it was great.

The melted açaí bowl.

Base was extremely soupy and melted right off the bat, I was basically sipping the base. not made right, not frozen enough, not enough taste.

Service was a bit slow, only one guy working the stand. Food was great and was in a nice little area. Overpriced, but all açaí is

Sparkman Wharf location
Amber N.

I tried the smaller location at Sparkman Wharf. They have upbeat and friendly employees who draw you in with their charm. We were looking at the menu just contemplating, but they convinced us without being pushy. I am definitely looking forward to trying more. I only tried a drink, the Pitaya Refresh. It's certainly beautiful to look at and it tasted much better in the beginning. For my taste, it's not sweet enough. Perhaps, it needs more lime and less coconut to help out dragonfruit which I find to be a little bland. If you enjoy the subtle taste of dragonfruit and don't like sweeter fruits, you will enjoy this more than I did.

Great breakfast!

Fresh and delicious açaí bowls on Davis Island. We stopped in for breakfast while bike riding on the island and were pleased with the acai bowls from here. I loved that they had almond butter and Nutella to top our bowls (I know it makes the bowls less healthy, but more delicious). Next time we are bike riding Bayshore we will definitely stop in!

Fit bowl is the premier spot for açaí bowls in Tampa. Whether you're in channelside area or Davis island you can quickly walk up and meet the friendly staff. 100% suggest the Prosecco float if at the sparkman location.

A great breakfast stop on the weekend or any other time. Stop by and bring your laptop or newspaper, get a fantastic fit-bowl. Sit and enjoy the morning. The fit bowl is excellent. Ever spoonful is good for you and a treat. Skip those ice cream sundaes and enjoy a fit bowl instead. Excellent customer service always greeted with a friendly smile. Don't miss this stop for a wonderful healthy treat.

The OG with banana, raspberry and almond butter drizzle, YUM! $11 a little pricey but great quality.

Mistakenly found this spot looking for coffee & it ROCKS! A little hole in the wall (actually) run by two guys. The one that helped me was SUPER NICE and helpful. I got the OG with raspberries and banana and an almond butter drizzle UHM YUM. If you're looking for a healthy breakfast or lunch come find this place you will not be disappointed, it's right next to DI Coffee Bar. I'd come back just to chat with the worker!

Oak and Ola - Amazing food !!

Delicious food with a lively atmosphere and welcoming staff - what more could you ask for?…read more I visited Oak and Ola for a birthday dinner and had an amazing time. Rather than trying to search for parking, we just paid $20 for the lot right nearby and it worked out great for us. We had a large group and our waiter, Zachary, was amazing. He had plenty of recommendations, anecdotes, stories, and jokes to keep everyone happy and full. He was definitely a highlight for all of us. We had a variety of drinks, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed them. I had the Sacred Empress and was so impressed with the balance of flavors - mostly sweet with a slight punch from the serrano cilantro simple syrup. It sounds funky but trust me on this! We also split a bottle of the Lagar De Costa Albariño, at the recommendation of our waiter, and we all loved it. For food, we started with the Lobster Ravioli, Truffle Frites, Crispy Pork Belly Bites, Crunch Love Caesar Salad, and Olives. All were devoured and I think the crowd favorites were the Lobster Ravioli (though expensive, $26 for 3) and the Pork Belly Bites. For mains, most people tended to get either the Steak Frites or the Gulf Fish Amandine (which was snapper). My steak and another at the table were both way overcooked on the first go around but they very quickly remade them (and the fries) and got them back to us in 5 minutes, perfectly cooked. It was a delicious and filling dish. The Gulf Fish Amandine was also really tasty, but it felt like it was missing something like a starch. It's a very simple and classic dish. The Pork Chop was also well loved amongst the table and many people wished they got it after trying a bite! For dessert, you absolutely have to get the Toffee Cake - it was everyone's favorite dessert. Super soft, warm, and comforting, plus that vanilla ice cream just took it to another level. We also enjoyed the Chocolate Mousse, and the free birthday dessert they kindly brought out for us. Overall, the restaurant is fun and lively, with an eclectic feel in the mismatched dining sets and decor. I really loved how it felt. It's definitely a nicer spot for a date or celebration, but worth it!

Now to the review: I loved that you could see part of the kitchen from the dining area. It's very open with a central bar and didn't feel crowded or congested even though it was busy. I walked in on a Saturday night with plenty of seating at the bar. I wish I could recall the bartenders name who served me because he was awesome. Arancini 9/10 - these were actually my favorite part of dinner. Crispy, great flavor and would get these again Crispy Pork Belly - 6/10 the pork itself didn't seem seasoned and slightly tough. The sauce was spicy which I wasn't expecting. Margarita Pizza 7/10 - great taste but the crust was super floppy. I prefer a much crispier crust Burger 7.5/10 - it was good but I'm not sure I would get again. Charred Brussel Sprouts 7/10 - charred nicely but seemed basically plain. They definitely needed the sauce in the bottom Basque Cheesecake 8/10 - first time trying basque cheesecake and maybe the burnt flavor isn't for me so giving it a 8 because otherwise I thought it was good. Sticky toffee cake 8.5/10 - great taste but wanted the texture to be better. It sort of felt like a dry sponge and would have preferred a more dense cake personally I heard a lot of hype about this place so I had high expectations going. I'll admit, I was a little let down with my experience. There was a ton of things I wanted to try but of the things I selected, I'm not sure I'd go back to chance trying the others. Simply my preference and each their own. It is a great vibe with great staff and I did like the tastes of a few things. It's good, not great. Being about to take a scenic walk after dinner is nice too. Fair warning, parking was insane. I paid $20 to park in a grass lot due to a car show / event going on down there. I recommend this place at least once. I had higher hopes and I'll chalk it up to an off night which is why it's a 4 and not a 5 in my book.

My breakfast didn't come with toast so it's $6 to add that. We were also disappointed in our cafe con leches. We started with drinks, including the Berry Me Ybor, The Forbidden Fruit, and The Greenhouse. Everyone enjoyed their drinks, although the Berry Me Ybor was extremely small for $16. Since we were a larger group, everyone ordered different dishes from various parts of the menu. I ordered the Patatas Bravas Chilaquiles and the Tuna Carpaccio Flatbread. The chilaquiles were a good portion, but some of the chips were soggy because the sauce was sitting at the bottom of the bowl. I also felt there should have been much more truffle aioli. The Tuna Carpaccio Flatbread was disappointing. It was very small and overly vinegary, which made it difficult to enjoy. I think the dish had potential, but the portion size and flavor just didn't work for me. Several of the ladies ordered the Haya Caesar Salad and the 2020 Ybor Chop Salad. Both salads were a good size, although several people felt the 2020 Ybor Chop Salad was too salty. The Grilled Half Chicken, Herb Steak Fries, and Pickled Mango & Burrata were also ordered and were enjoyed. One thing to note: Flor Fina gets pretty loud at night. During our visit, there was a wedding taking place with music, and the restaurant also had a live DJ inside. So, if you're looking for a quieter dining experience, this may not be the place. Overall, I'd skip the food and stop by for drinks instead. The cocktails, ambiance, and decor are enjoyable, but the dinner dishes didn't leave us wanting more or planning a return visit.

We checked out a bunch of different restaurants, but they were all booked up. So, we ended up booking Wagamama for our dinner on Sunday night. After finding roadside parking near the restaurant, we checked in at the register and were shown to our table. Our server greeted us and provided us with menus. Following a discussion among ourselves and with our server, we began our order with a lychee martini and a coconut drift for drinks. For appetizers, we selected the Bang Bang Cauliflower, which our server highlighted as a very popular option, along with chicken pot stickers. For our main courses, we ordered the chicken pad Thai, Karage Chicken Strips for our toddler and the chicken firecracker dishes. Our drinks arrived first: a Lychee Martini and a Coconut Drift. The Lychee Martini contained a significant amount of vodka, so much that my spouse could only manage two sips. The Coconut Drift was better, but it still had an excessive amount of sugar. We got our Bang Bang Cauliflower appetizer. However, upon tasting it, we found it wasn't cooked properly. It tasted like they simply coated the cauliflower with sauce without properly cooking it. We were disappointed to have to return it. Following that, our chicken pot stickers arrived. The chicken pot stickers were just okay, without anything particularly noteworthy about them. They weren't even properly cooked around the edges. Both appetizers we ordered turned out to be disappointing. Our dinner arrived and included Pad Thai and Chicken Firecracker. Both dishes were just alright; they could have been better. Compared to how other reviews described them, they didn't live up to the expectations set by those reviews. We couldn't get the Chicken Karage Strips we wanted for dinner. We ended up having to comp the whole thing because even though the restaurant wasn't that full (only about 70-75% empty), we had to wait a super long time for the food to be ready. Our visit to Wagamama was so disappointing that we may not return. We were unhappy with the food, the service, and the atmosphere.
