I ordered a "Let's Go Pesto" flatbread this past Wednesday around 6:50PM on 04/15/26 and I fell in love with it. It was delicious, incredibly tasty and really added a lovely touch to my day. It's going to be the photo where it looks absolutely amazing, dressed with tomatoes and balsamic drizzle. I ordered another one today around 7:30PM 04/19/26, brought it home to open the box and see whatever the eff this is... lol. I was not very happy to find out today's "Let's Go Pesto" flatbread was completely lifeless and tasted very off. Not bountiful in flavors like my previous one did. This photo will be the one where it obviously lacks half of the ingredients and looks just a bit sloppily made. Now, I'm not going to let this experience stop me from ordering the LGP, I have faith I'll be able to enjoy it again. But I'd recommend that we make sure the staff knows how to put together the items on the menu. I ordered the Grain and Berry bowl with pitaya base. They got my order wrong by not changing the base. When I told the server that she got my order wrong, rolled her eyes at me, and asked me if I was sure. I said I was, politely, and she looked at me dead in the eye as she dumped out my bowl very slowly. It was the most ridiculous act I have ever seen. Was too dramatic for a wrong order scenario. Nevertheless, they remade my bowl, and it tasted good. I thought it was a one time experience, but I came back at a different time with different servers, and they still got my order wrong. I have been to Grain and Berry about 5 times now, and I have never had single order correct. Not a single time. In the end, I decided to not go anymore, even though the bowls were good. read more

Grain and Berry has healthy food options. The Dale Mabry location was a bit slower than others I've been to. A smoothie shouldn't take longer then 5-7 minutes to make. Additionally, the guest who orders first shouldn't be served at the same time as the guest who ordered 5 minutes after. I like their menu but the service was slow. Also, there should be a shirt required policy in the store. A sports bra is not a shirt. I think this could be considered unsanitary if the person is sweating in the seat. Then, the person after them sits on the back of the chair they just sweat on. read more

I ordered a vacation smoothie and a quesadilla. The quesadilla was really good, the smoothie on the other hand was not good at all. It literally tasted like a watery banana. I don't taste the pineapple in the drink or any of the other juices. I couldn't even finish it, so disappointing. My friend ordered the 50 shades of green juice and she said her juice tasted like cucumbers and mint. She didn't taste the apple at all. Came after a workout and this was exactly what I needed. I designed my own bowl which allows you to pick a different base, fruits and your toppings. The bowl tasted so fresh and it was a great size - for me it was a full meal. They also have protein smoothies. The space has indoor and outdoor seating and even a cute light up sign. The only thing critique is that the flatbread is not worth the price because of the size and it took significantly longer to come out. read more

My girlfriend loves Grain and Berry. So one day after the gym she suggested we go. Coming out of the gym I was expecting Grain and Berry to be a place where I can get protein powder. Looking at their menu I didn't see any protein option but once I asked the front, they offered to add some protein powder to my açaí bowl which I really appreciated. I ordered the Relax Eat Repeat Bowl with strawberry protein powder. I have to say that this is probably the best açaí bowl I've had. I love this place! Whenever I want a light snack or a guilt free lunch, this is normally my go to. You can customize your own acai bowl at a reasonable cost considering the ingredients you can choose from. I generally spend $11 or so. They also have parfaits and fresh juices! The bowls are always fresh and I've honestly never had a bad experience (I've come here close to 9 times). I love a good açaí bowl, and since I had been to another Grain and Berry in the area I knew it was a good stop after picking family up from the Tampa airport as we were headed back out of town. This location is super cute and modern. They do have a bathroom, just an fyi. I love their variety in bowl options- there's 4 different bowl bases that of which the individual health benefits are explained on posters in the store, and it's quite interesting. The man working even let us sample each base. The fact that they automatically offer peanut butter or nutella on the bowl is a huge plus. That really adds a whole other level to an açaí bowl, so mark that down. I got the spirulina bowl (the blue one) which has almost a coconut/ pineapple sort of taste. Each base really is unique and if you can test them if you've never had I would. All in all the bowls were fantastic as expected! They serve coffee as well as housemade juices. I have placed a pick up order for 2 bowls. They were great because they keep them refrigerated and it was not mealting. They have everything ready, however made a mistake on my order and add banana when I couldn't eat it. Now there's a Grain & Berry in South Tampa on Henderson Blvd in the Palms Plaza Shopping Center. It's a superfood cafe with vegan & paleo options of Açaí Bowls, Spirulina Bowls, Kale Bowls, juices, avocado toast and more. Open at 8 am with specialty coffees at reasonable prices. All offerings are in clear glass or plastic containers. This provides visual stimulation with the bright base colors of pink, blue, green, purple, red, etc. So you end up making your order as much with your eyes as your taste buds. As a first-timer, I went in on a Sunday night to get a yogurt banana split. My order came out as a Açaí Bowl version of the same mix. They offered to remake the order as a banana split, but I decided to stay with the bowl. It was every bit as tasty as it looks. Seems like everyone in the store was taking a photo of their purchase. I did made a mess of the table with the granola flakes easily spilling out over the edge of my bowl. I wanted to know the nutritional contents of the products but it is not shown on their website. So glad I did. Took a trip to the south side today to cool off from this Florida heat! Grain and Berry lived up to the hype! Their claim to fame is their Açaí bowls and they did not disappoint. If you're looking for healthy and delicious food that will satisfy your tastebuds and cool you off from the heat then this is the place to be! It has lots of chocolate and peanut butter which I really liked. I did a little meet up here to introduce some people for healthier ways of eating. I wanted to patron this particular Grain and berry because it is black owned! There is a big spacious seating area indoors and outside. Perfect for keeping distance from others. The menu is extensive and it makes it difficult to figure out what to select for an indecisive person like me! Luckily the workers were very patient. Some of the people with me had never tasted açaí or spirulina so they offered them a small sample. I love how they provide an explanation of all the bases to learn what the benefits of the fruit are. They have many combinations of bowls but if you want to make your own that is an option too. I like how you can also ask for half granola which I did! I ended up ordering the spirulina bowl which I never had before. I'm glad I broke from by regular açaí base because this one was delicious.
