i loveeeddd my acai bowl. i got the rsc acai bowl and i got the greens blended into it. it was delicious! it comes with cacao nibs, granola, and coconut on top. also with 2 fruit toppings of choice for the packed bowl. they have another bowl option which has more toppings with it also. i gave it a 9/10 next time i would get half granola and then no cacao nibs just by personal preference. parking on the side of the building and in the back. there is not a bathroom for customers here that i saw. super cute inside and the worker was very nice! read more

I can't even count how many times I've driven past Raw Smoothie. It's a little store on Howard that's easy to drive by. My fiancé requested a smoothie, so a smoothie we got. I grabbed the Noho pb&j and he got the J.Coal with added Immunity. I wasn't a huge fan of the noho, but his wasn't too bad. While you wait for your food or drinks, take a look around because the vibe inside was neat. They have some cool artwork hanging up. Remember to grab a loyalty card before checking out! read more

What can I say? This place is amazing. Heard about it thru a friend on Instagram and finally decided to take the 25 min drive from Carrollwood down to good ol' South Tampa. The place itself is small enough to miss if you're not paying attention to the street. Upon entering though, the place is decent walk up size and has a cool cozy feeling. It smelled nice and clean in there which of course, is a plus to any place I go. Beautiful artwork on the walls and a menu explaining all the options. I went with a Dank Bowl which I have pictured here - and let me tell you. The flavor and texture of the fruits mixed with coconuts and hemp seeds was AWESOME. Dank is the largest bowl you can buy and it is definitely filling as a meal replacement and or before heading to the gym for some pre workout fuel. It's almost 14 for the bowl, minus the extras you may or may not get. A bit on the pricey side, but I'll treat this place as a once or twice a week "treat" and enjoy the heck out of it and all the options they have. One of the owners took his time explaining the menu to my sister and the benefits of CBD which was a huge plus and win in the customer service column for me. The interior is clean, bright and wifi equipped. The staff is very helpful. The shop is busy yet quiet, with a small book section, where patrons can leave a book for others and/or read a book. There are a few barstools, for sitting at the counter and there are about 4 tables inside. There is one, electronic menu on the wall and an additional menu on the counter, would be helpful. The Private Island smoothie, I purchased today was fresh, refreshing and a fair size for the price. The smoothie was consumed within 8 minutes! So I've had raw smoothie about 3 times now and it's probably the best smoothie bar around. They have the most delicious blends , use organic ingredients and have some add ins you probably wouldn't have anywhere else. I only have the boujee berry pictured and if there's one thing I love about raw smoothie co is there versatility . You can order specialty smoothies and sub fruits out for others as well as juices. Fist time coming and fell in love! As a lover of anything tropical I ordered Private Island Smoothie Bowl. I am not usually a fan of greens in my smoothies or drinks so I was skeptical Florida the kale, Spinach and chars on top of the movie but honestly all the flavors worked. The fresh coconut flakes were great and with the seeds and granola added the right amount of crunch. I topped it off with strawberries which I found to be a great combination. You can see they use fresh fruit and a lot of it. I'm originally from a place that does not know what Acai bowls are, so I had a hard time deciding which place to go first. I picked Raw Smoothie Co. since I heard they used organic ingredients and it was the closest place to the office. There's limited parking here - luckily, I grabbed the last spot. I walked in and there's a few chairs but it's more of a grab-and-go place. The guy behind the counter was friendly and asked if it was my first time, and then explained the concept of the business and mentioned that the first two items on the menu were the most popular (Rise&Grind and NoHo PB&J). I ordered the green smoothie version of the NoHo PB&J (strawberry, blueberry, peanut butter, honey, almond milk) . It comes with a paper straw that disintegrated once I was in the middle of my smoothie. However, I enjoyed my first Tampa green smoothie experience - the smoothie was delightfully thick and filling, not too sweet, and had just the right ratio of roasted PB and fruit. It's great if you want a serving of veggies but don't want to see them and are looking for a meal replacement. Overall, I could make this smoothie at home... I wish there was one in Orlando!!! Such a cute spot! And they were also very nice and informative on the selections for making an acai bowl. They offer smoothies and smoothie bowls. There were bases that differed from alot of other acai places which was great. My friend opted for a base with raspberry and I decided on a acai bowl with Banana, Strawberry, Blueberry and Peanut Butter. I've never had an acai bowl with greens in it and I was a little unsure of how I'd like it, but I loved it. I'm so happy to have found this spot it is by far one of the best acai bowls I've had. A bit of a hidden spot in Tampa! I had a poor first impression when employee at the register was rude. When I asked a question, it seemed like I was an inconvenience. The shop itself was really cool. I visited Raw Smoothie Co. for the first time this Friday. It was my first stop of the day. I was thinking a keto friendly smoothie but was willing to experience anything close just to try this place after all the posts on Instagram. As soon as I visited, I noticed all of the cool art and post-worthy corners that make you stay for a bit longer just to gather it all. As soon as I walked in, one of the owners was there with another employee. I joked about whether it was safe to say that they don't have avocados since I didn't see any in any of the recipes. Correct. No avocados but I set my eyes on the first smoothie in their menu- it had coffee beans, banana, peanut butter and I asked to add hemp. The second I mentioned hemp, the owner immediately asked if I was looking for a keto friendly smoothie and I said yes! I mentioned nothing of my original plan for one so I was extremely grateful he chimed in! He educated me on the carb count for the banana hat wouldn't be keto friendly at all and recommended another smoothie (#2 on their menu) which had strawberries, (we subbed the blueberries for raspberries), peanut butter, greens, stevia (instead of honey) and added may oil. Oh my god. I couldn't get a picture fast enough because I was too busy thoroughly enjoying the deliciousness in my cup! I loved how they have their cups labeled "Raw Smoothie Co." with a piece of tape. It totally continues the branding of the "Raw" aspect. Oh and paper straws of course. When she asked about it they said they lost her order then they gave her a card for a free one. Decent smoothies and bowls! It's on the pricey end. However, if you're one of those people that can have a smoothie as a meal replacement(I'm not. I want both a smoothie AND a meal;) ) then it might be worth what you spend here. If you're in that boat, I suppose It's a lot like a healthy blended meal. Exterior is located along this strip with candy colored pastel buildings, it's very cute. I love the atheistic! Interior is very clean looking but there isn't much comfortable seating. Barely a handful of barstools present, so this is more a grab-and-go place. I'm more of a Smoothie person, all of their smoothies come blended with spinach, kale, chard and ice and whichever specifics you want in addition. I've tried the following smoothies: #Kale yourself - Apple,carrot,lime,coconut water, chia+flax. (And typically comes with agave which I order it without) Tastes super healthy. I wouldn't suggest getting it without agave unless you're willing to have that "healthy in the not super tasty way" kind of taste. It's quite tasteless without the sugar. And if something is tasteless without sugar it just logically follows that it's not that tasty naturally. I don't know how much Apple, carrot, etc mix there is in this, but my guess is not very much. Not my top recommendation. #rise & grind- banana, expresso beans, peanut butter, cacao, chia+flax (also typically made with honey). Pretty tasty. If you like don't like textured smoothies, you may not love it. The expresso beans, though blended leave a hard grainy texture throughout every sip. I am curious as to how much caffeine is in the expresso beans? It gave me a little kick, but then again I'm not a big (read: everyday) coffee drinker. So I would think not too much. Still, it's Is a nice alternative to a morning coffee. The expresso beans are not overpowering either. I'd bet people who love coffee and don't mind a rougher texture would love this smoothie. Add ins: hemp protein ($2). The only vegan protein they have/ hence the one I tried. Really adds a good amount of texture and Taste to a smoothie and is not easily masked so I'd highly recommend not getting it if you haven't/don't regularly get hemp protein in smoothies because it's certainly an more grainy, seedy, acquired taste. read more

Honestly, I love this place! The SoHo / Hyde Park area has some good healthy places to eat now but this is ultra healthy and super convenient being right on N Howard just before the 275 exit. Inside is wicked clean and nicely designed with a dope street art kind of vibe. The dudes are super cool there and are always really helpful whenever I ask questions. I've been there 4 times now and every time I've tried something different and every time it's been phenomenal. I'm a huge açai fan and this is DEFINITELY the best I've found in the area. Stopped by here cause I was craving an Acai bowl for lunch. The location is small on Howard by the highway. The parking lot is very tiny so if you're going around lunchtime be aware of this. I ordered when I got there so had to wait a little bit. The bowl was much smaller than I expected for the price but then again the ingredients were high quality so I'm not complaining. It wasn't super filling though since it was smaller. It was more of a snack than a meal I would say. They also have kale in the açaí bowl, wasn't expecting it but it wasn't bad.
