After seeing LS Organics smoothies on Instagram for several months, I finally stopped in during my lunch hour and got to try it for myself! I was able to park right out front and the little shop was clean and airy. Their smoothie menu is extensive once you add in the seasonal specials, and I had a hard time deciding between them. I finally landed on their special, the Sorsi Sunrise, and it was refreshing, fruity and without the added sugar you see at some smoothie shops. It was also very pretty, à la Erewhon smoothie vibes. Something I didn't realize until dropping in is that they carry a lot of grab and go healthy meals, too. There were several vegetarian options, which I appreciated, and I ended up picking up the egg salad for lunch. I liked how fresh all the ingredients were, and they added celery to their egg salad and didn't add a bunch of heavy bad ingredients. It was light but not super flavorful, but it felt like a healthier egg salad that did the trick for lunch. I'll be back for another smoothie soon (as there were four I was already eyeing on this first trip in). Good thing we have plenty of hot summer days ahead to warrant a refreshing cool down. read more

LS Organics is a super cute smoothie, meal prep and wellness store! Definitely higher prices, but all the ingredients seem to be super clean and the vibe is great. They have some interesting products like wellness tonics and infused waters with less common ingredients like colloidal silver. I've stopped by twice for smoothies and overall it's pretty good. Can't justify stopping by all the time but it's worth checking out if you're in the mood for a smoothie or drink. The coffee chip and matcha mint are both pretty good. Overall I'd recommend the coffee chip instead since it was more flavorful. The matcha mint seemed to be missing something and tasted a bit watered down. I'd consider adding vanilla protein powder into it next time. read more

The service is so friendly and everything I have tried here has been great. I have only tried one protein smoothie (the limited edition Pilates Punch), but it was so delicious, filling, and refreshing that I went back the following day and ordered another one. The take home meals reheat well and taste light but are extremely filling. The energy bites are the perfect sweet treat to finish with. read more

LS Organics was recommended by a local friend. I stopped in to check it out after a workout. I tried the coffee chip smoothie. It was delish. The cold brew, homemade nut milk, banana, oats, and vegan nibs and chocolate protein blended together put the smooth in smoothie. What a combo! I really enjoyed the cold brew in the smoothie. The caffeine boost was nice. Also, I checked out the organic market to the right of the register. The prepped meals were the perfect sze. I grabbed a Chipotle Chicken Salad, Almond Joy Energy Bites, Southwest Spring Roll, and overnight oats. I enjoyed all of these over the course of the next two days. I ate the overnight oats the next morning. The almond butter and açaí gave it such a nice taste. I swirled my spoon inside after one bite and was pleasantly surprised by these two very distinct and yummy flavors in it. It was just enough and such a nice treat. All of my items were different from anything I normally eat and certainly delicious and nutritious with each bite. I will be back for more when I visit again! Finally, the service was great. Annastasia, the owner, was in the store. She explained their concepts and how they operate on a weekly basis. The store is quaint and clean. LS Organics has long been one of my absolute favorite healthy food spots in all of Tampa bay. The items on this menu are truly healthy and taste amazing. If I stop in to get one meal I end up buying 3, along with one of their amazing smoothies or other functional beverages. The star of the show is their house made to go meals. They are refrigerated and ready to be microwaved, but I prefer to wrap my food in foils and bake on a low temp for 20 mins. The offering are unique, with my favorite probably being the teriyaki chicken meatballs. There are typically at least 10 mains meal options, with quite a few other snacks, sides, and light bite options. Their #1 smoothie is the rose smoothie. Not to sweet and packed with good for you ingredients, but it seems like all of their smoothies and coffees are in the "functional beverage" category where they provide some alternate nutrition. They also have ceremonial grade matcha and occasionally some small gifts along the wall. If you're needing a healthy pick me up, and don't want to go to a place that just "seems" healthy, this place has you covered. read more

What a cute little shop! You could definitely get a cute Insta pic, with the white wall/cloth background and the huge front window for the natural light. Boom! After perusing the menu, the nice lady helped me choose the rose smoothie. It has a subtle floral taste to it, which was SO surprisingly yum! When she first said it had a bit of a flowery taste, I was skeptical and thought that it might be overwhelming. It was not. I would absolutely 100% order again, as it went down almost too easily. Cute little place to get a coffee, smoothie or quick grab-and-go meal. The salad I had was ok, not enough dressing so it was a bit dry and it was way over priced ($13.99 for a tiny salad). They have a variety of meals but since they don't have a microwave to heat up the food for you, you can't really eat them there (unless it's a meal that is meant to be eaten cold). The smoothie I had was definitely tasty, it was chocolatey and also had cold brew, a nice complement to my tiny salad. The girls working the counter were very nice and helpful. This is my go to place if I am too tired to cook and want a healthy easy meal that actually fills you up. There hasn't been one bad meal that I've had here. I definitely the recommend the curry chicken salad and the power plant smoothie - they're my favorite! We are so lucky to have this place in South Tampa. It's health conscious, organic, and not outrageously overpriced for what you get. It is also great for anyone who has any food allergies. I can't speak highly enough of this place! I don't typically review places and this may be my first on Yelp. When my wife (who is Sicilian) told me she found another place with prepared meals I was disappointed because she is a really good cook. We have tried Fit 4 Life foods, Blue Apron, and a bunch of other places. The food is always decent and passable, but also tiresome and bland tasting. My wife is upset with me for saying this, but LS Organics can compete with her any day. I just finished what I would say is the best salad I've ever eaten - the chicken tabolueh. Their Siracha chicken is to die for. The Bison burger is amazing.... etc. The portions are just right. I am losing weight eating it. And all the containers are compostable (as opposed to massive boxes, etc) for most delivery services. I would not buy it for that reason alone, but it certainly makes me feel good.
