So I bought a one month membership for myself and my wife and then asked to freeze the account until we come back down to Florida since we live in New Jersey. We did everything through a gentlemen named Mac who understood our situation that we wouldn't be coming back down until the next year. I got billed the next month accidentally and he refunded me and apologized. At that time I asked him to take my card off file. Fast forward to January and I've been getting billed the last 3 months after several phone calls with the owner and emails sent without a response. Today was the last straw as I called AGAIN to have my card removed and to be refunded. I mentioned that I'm going to have my bank reverse the charges and he started calling me a jack ass and saying why don't I come and say this to his face because he felt "threatened" and will sue me if I do it. I can't say enough awful things about the people here except for Mac who actually doesn't even work there anymore probably because he was nice. The fact that I asked several times for the card to be taken off file and it hasn't been is severely alarming. Anyone that is traveling and thinking about Joining beware. They told me something completely different than what the contract said. Stupid me for taking their word for it and not reviewing the contract. Not keeping your word says a lot about a business. The instructor, as always, was really kind and did a great job making sure everyone understood the movements. She explained not only how to do certain moves, but also what they help with, like posture, digestion, and overall body awareness, which I really appreciated. Really cares about you and your workout and wants to make sure that you're not only enjoy it, but feel like you're getting what you want out of your workout. She does have a more strength training style on the reformer, which I do enjoy I have seen muscle growth and strength build, but does use some classical Pilates techniques, of course. I also really like Nancy. She has more classical Pilates classes great instruction as well very clear and fun but challenging. I love that they provide towels not all Pilates places do and fans in front of every reformer, which is really nice!

Rather than getting lunch or coffee, we chose to workout together. It's a great way to even out all the restaurants I want to try! She bought a class pass ($99 for 5 classes) here so I opted to buy one class ($10) to hangout with her. When driving here, you actually park at the Red Lobster right next to it. Once you park, you enter through a gate and The Office 954 is right there! The classes range from burning your accessory muscles (ouch) to boxing cardio to flow with yoga. We did the burn class which is by far the most painful class I have ever taken; a good burn that is. The instructor keeps you motivated and each class is limited to maybe 12 people (?) max as this studio is extremely small with just one room. This intimate workout is amazing for locals who really want that small class, personal trainer experience. I had the pleasure to workout with Jamie, the owner, as the instructor for our class. After our intense workout, she was extremely welcoming and told us a little more about her studio, how it came to be, and the things she has available within the studio. She told me she was going to start a collection of wellness books that clients can check out for $5 to borrow, read, and return. This gym is very different than many traditional gyms and gives that welcoming, personal trainer feeling. It's a breath of fresh air.
