I've only been to this location a few times but it was always a pleasant experience. I appreciate…read morethat they have lockers that you can program. At other locations you have to bring a lock. The only downfall is that the machines are not put in order. They are scattered all over the place and this location is double the size of others. The staff is approachable and willing to assist with questions and setting up any services in the black card area such as hydro massage or tanning bed. I've always found parking fairly close. There are plenty of treadmills, stair masters and elliptical machines. Usually there's no wait and if there is a wait for a machine, people are usually thoughtful and it becomes available quickly.

I went there as a guest with a friend . This location was not what I expected …read more As a guest you had to put something on your phone to agree with it, I've never had to do that with any other gym I was a guest at. The machines were kind of scattered for working out as far as arms, legs and abs. The only machine that was different from my gym I go to was the ab twister. I went to help my friend to show her how to use the machines that would benefit her and some she didn't know how to use. The area with free weights and pullups didn't have enough clips everyone kept looking for the same ones . It was hot in the gym not sure why and I am not one who likes a cold gym but this was like a warehouse. The locker room area seemed clean but the bathrooms were not up to par. A real turn off was the black toilets . I don't know who came up with that but yuck. You can't even tell if the water is clean or soiled. There are no paperyorlwss at all , not even in the handicap bathroom. I know the hand dryers save the earth but honestly, I prefer to dry my hands. I asked if a guest is able to also user the extra rooms in the back but was told no. Other gyms allow usage of back areas. If it was busy and others waiting i could maybe understand but only one person was in a room with tanning bed that is not what I wanted to use. I wanted to use the water massage bed . I asked if we could at least go in and look since my friend never went back there to show her what I am privy to from another location . We found one strange they only had a couch with a TV . There are a lot of cardiomachines empty. The more popular machines were of course busy, and we needed to wait. Even though the gym I belong to doesn't have the one machine I like , I wouldn't join this gym especially this location. The only thing I find that I would enjoy would be the massage water bed. The other massage chairs they have at the malls.

5 Stars for a very welcoming spot to work out!…read more Y'all. OTF is no joke. This was my first time at an Orange Theory and I got a serious workout! Thankfully, everyone there was incredibly friendly and informative. I arrived 30 minutes early since it was my first class (and there were things for me to sign and fill out). The gals at the desk got me all set up with a heart monitor - you can buy these or rent them, but they're complimentary for first timers. They also explained the theory behind OTF, where you are trying to keep your heartrate in a certain "zone" to keep burning calories throughout the day after your workout. They also introduced me to the trainer and he set me and a few other newbies up to explain the rowing machine (including good form) and the various areas of the room. And then we began! If I can give you any advice, it is don't try to beat everyone the first time. Go at your own pace and pace yourself. Need a smaller set of weights? Ask, because they have 5 lb weights that are not as visible. At some point I was jogging on the treadmill and my heart rate was in the red pretty early, so the trainer suggested I go to a fast walk pace and up the incline to 10. This did the trick! It was a great booty workout, but I wasn't DYING. Overall, a really fun class with a great instructor (South African dude).

I love this OTF location. It's 5 minutes from my house which makes attending classes really…read moreconvenient. Also, this is the only studio I know of that offers 8pm classes during the week. Working retail, my schedule is all over the place so having the flexibility to attend a late night class is amazing. The studio manager, Sarah, is also one of the instructors and I really enjoy her classes.
