I've tried so many other places over the years, but I never was able to make it a habit each week. Eric helped change that for me because of the space he's created at his gym; he has a flexible schedule, he's both motivational without going over the top, which was a big plus for me, and he has a personalized training plan that gives me a goal to each for each month. He has no judgement but brings a ton of motivation, and I can even set the music each time. Every time I walk in, I have a different routine, and Eric keeps a close eye to make sure I'm in the correct position, which after a few bad knee mishaps, is vital. I'm so glad to have found EFIT, and I'm hoping to continue to go for many years. I feel so much better after these past few months!

I told them it's too small (as I'm very tall) but they told me it has to be very tight and feel small because only then the sensors would work properly. It was soo uncomfortable during the class, I could barely lift up my arms, I went to talk about it again but I was reassured that it has to be this tight, it's for my own benefit... Anyways the class was way too easy for me. I didn't feel any challenge... and the classes are soo expensive! You also can buy this very expensive horrible outfit to make your membership a little bit cheaper. One of the worst fitness experiences, it was a wasted time for me. I can't understand how someone like to sweat in this tight rubbery costume, being completely naked underneath. I'm not even sure if the sensors worked properly, it was vibrating both when I jumped or I didn't jump. So go figure.
