My body adapts to the heaters in the studio just fine and the heat makes me detox and sweat out all the bad toxins. I like to bring my water bottle to class but limit the amount of drinking while in your studio. Personally, I like to hydrate before and after class. I like how each instructor has a different style of heat to spice up any of the classes offered. And there are many classes offered which help the people who do not have a 9-5 job. One thing I wish was better was the spacing! It's a very teeny weeny studio and some classes I can't properly stretch enough because I feel I might bump into the person next to me! The instructor for the night, Tamira I believe, was great! She helps correct you. For someone who is rusty on position names and correct posture, she was helpful doing certain positions close to me. The room is quaint and I enjoy the close knit family feeling of the studio. The heat is at the perfect temperature and the air is not so heavy I can't breathe. There's also a humidifier on to compliment the heat. Overall, very good first hot yoga experience. Will be coming back.

The infrared classes are no joke--in the best way possible! The 45-minute sessions fly by because they're engaging, challenging, and so much fun. The studio is clean, spacious, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are always friendly, and every instructor I've taken a class with has been fantastic. Huge shoutout to Lizzie, Alexis, and Genny--they each bring great energy, keep you motivated, and make every class enjoyable. A little tip: bring plenty of water and have some electrolytes beforehand--it definitely helps with the intense sweat session! This is usually my Pilates studio, so it was fun switching things up and trying something different. The class was super engaging and definitely challenging, but I felt so good afterward. The instructor, as always, was really kind and did a great job making sure everyone understood the movements. She explained not only how to do certain moves, but also what they help with, like posture, digestion, and overall body awareness, which I really appreciated. It was a tough but rewarding class, and I left feeling strong, energized, and accomplished. I'd definitely recommend this class if you're looking to challenge yourself while still feeling supported.

Taken several instructors classes here over the years, some are still here some are not there are still here are truly amazing and wonderful. I always have a challenging, but fun! transitions and how to properly execute movements and use the equipment properly are always given. I only take the reformer Pilates classes usually with Lita, she's so amazing. Really cares about you and your workout and wants to make sure that you're not only enjoy it, but feel like you're getting what you want out of your workout. She does have a more strength training style on the reformer, which I do enjoy I have seen muscle growth and strength build, but does use some classical Pilates techniques, of course. I also really like Nancy. She has more classical Pilates classes great instruction as well very clear and fun but challenging. I love that they provide towels not all Pilates places do and fans in front of every reformer, which is really nice!

I have been going to this studio for the past year, and I consider it my "home" studio. Even before…read morethe corona virus, they were always super clean and organized. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. There is a wide variety of classes to choose from, and I have never taken a bad class here! I've done hatha, yin, "vin-yin", gentle flow, etc and all have been fantastic. They use the mind body app, so you are able to check in online before you get there which is way more convenient than standing at the desk and waiting to sign in (they did this before corona virus as well). Post corona-virus they have added HVAC purification system and have markings on the floor to ensure how to properly social distance. I like that this studio is small and has a "home-like" atmosphere. It's not like other studios that feel like a gym. I love this studio!

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with this Club Pilates location…read more I contacted the studio to cancel my membership and was told that they were going to take care of the cancellation. I trusted that it had been handled. However, I was just charged for ANOTHER month because apparently my membership was never actually cancelled. This is incredibly frustrating. I did my part by contacting the studio and requesting the cancellation, and I was specifically told it would be taken care of. Now I have to deal with another charge and spend more of my time trying to fix something that I was already told had been resolved. If you cancel your membership here, I strongly recommend getting written confirmation and checking your account afterward. Unfortunately, being told that it will be taken care of was clearly not enough in my case.
