I have so many great things to say about DripFit, so here goes my novel size review!…read more I went to my first class because my friend told me there was the special where you could go to classes for A WEEK FOR FREE! (This promotion is still going on, so take advantage of the opportunity to try it out while you can!) I went to my first class on a Monday not really knowing what to expect from leg day at level 4 on the shredmill. This class kicked my butt... literally my legs and glutes were really feeling the burn (the good kind of burn though). What makes this gym unique is that they incorporate the shredmill, yes SHREDmill, not treadmill into the workout every day. The workouts are different everyday and are available to everyone on the DripFit app where you sign up for classes. The basic outline is Monday - Legs Tuesday - Chest & Shoulders & Triceps Wednesday - Abs & Sprints Thursday- Legs Friday - Back & Biceps Saturday - Full Body Sunday - day off to rest, no classes Again, the shredmill is incorporated into every workout and it's great because the shredmill is designed to push yourself as much or as little

THE PERFECT COMBINATION - I have worked out inside NYC…read moreEquinoxes, and Soulcycles as well as the at home digital memberships, and the economy gyms (Ive literally searched high and low for something that felt right) ... what I absolutely love about CityROW is that (to me) you find a sweet spot. They have a perfect combination of clean and modern, challenging and refreshing workouts as well as void of the portentous gym types! I have taken classes at different studios and the Boca Raton location is great! You quite literally see Dan (the owner) live the CITYROW Ethos, (if you don't believe me check his Finisher numbers on the board each month)! IF YOU'VE NEVER BEEN ON A ROWER BEFORE - Just try it! What do you have to lose? Other than 50 mins of your day. You will learn proper form, especially if you come early, the instructors will show you! And, you will forever recognize and understand how the WaterRowers work. IF YOU "HATE WORKING OUT" - Hi! We are a lot alike, (my most natural state is sleeping) but with that said... CityROW signature class STILL to this day is the ONLY group fitness class that I have every really enjoyed. (Ive tried spin, yoga, palates, the works!) I have been to classes at a few locations, and can say with confidence that it is the combination of floor work and rowing that helps break up that time, as well as the music and energetic instructors that hep you over the hump! As soon as I felt like I was ready to give up, we moved to a the rower again, or onto the mat. Signature Classes were the gateway drug. Strength class is for anyone who enjoys weights/challenging themselves! IF YOU AREN'T A GROUP JOINER - (Same) Problem solved, reserve a rower at the back, or side of the class. You don't need to be up front and center to get a workout in. Drew likes to remind you that "Its your workout, there is no shame in your game". IF YOU DON'T LOVE CARDIO - Take a strength class, I have done almost 40 classes with Drew. A LOT more weights and floor work. They run a lot of promotions and my first class was free, I then followed up with a few more, and now I do a monthly membership and go twice a week. I'm about about 50 mins away, but make it a priority to go. You can choose what weights you use throughout the class, and the great thing about using WaterRowers is that you set your resistance. Throw your Finisher times on the board, or just take notes for yourself and see if you can make or break that time.

I have always loved rowing so decided to do my homework and research rowing machines. I stumbled across City Row's website and became curious. Once a location in Boca Raton appeared I was on that!!! From the moment I emailed and messaged the owners I felt welcome. I signed up for a trial class. I finally stepped inside the gym and was greeted with a big smile from Dan! He made me feel so comfortable and walked me through the rower and its usage and I was off!!! I immediately signed up and now after 2 classes I am hooked and feel like myself once again!!! Patricia and Drew are phenomenal!! Bravo!!!

Like anything you do in life, it takes time but if you stick with this, you will see results. I have seen changes in my body from the workout. DIRT has been a part of my fitness routine for over two years! The cost is reasonable. The classes aren't boring and the routines are focused on your form and targeting the correct muscles. They also offer a great selection of times. I work late so it is not easy to find a class but DIRT works great with my schedule! I absolutely recommend DIRT Fitness! Just remember, you get what you put in. Make the commitment and you will get results

Before F45 I was spending close to $500 a month on personal training and didn't get these results. Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday are strength based classes so if you're trying to shred and build muscle this is not like your usual HIIT class, you can definitely gain muscle, if you're trying to loose weight. Monday, Wednesday and Friday are cardio based. All classes are a FULL BODY workout so you don't have to worry about it being leg/arm/back day, you'll get a full body burn in any class. Saturday is the only 1 hour class and is a strength/cardio combo. I purchased the heart rate monitor and I live that I push myself harder by seeing my progress on the screen and "competing" with other patrons. I usually burn 350-500 calories but on Saturdays closer to 700! The main thing I LOVE about this studio is that no class is ever the same- you'll never do the same workout twice (I've been coming for 2 years remember... never repeating a workout!) and there are NO mirrors! I love that because I can stay focused and learn how good form FEELS not looks. There are always two instructors moving around to correct form and help you add weight and stay motivated. Greg the owner is a great, humble, and kind guy and this studio is an asset to the community In these days after COVID, you don't have to wear a mask while exercising and they do scan everyone's temperature as well as provide every participant with a sanitation spray and cloth. They also have a UV air filter through their central air like hospitals which is pretty awesome!

All of the coaches have been extremely welcoming from the start and have not made me feel like "the new girl". They are very focused on correct technique in order to maintain each athlete's longevity (I'm 25 and far from a professional athlete but it feels so good when they call us athletes instead of just members or clients). Functional fitness is what I was looking for, and that's what I got here. The daily workouts are programmed in a way where you're not overloading one specific muscle group in a week. They have a strength portion, focusing on building your heavier lifts, and a metabolic conditioning portion. The use of barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, body weight movements, gymnastics, and cardio has been varied and keeps each workout interesting. I love that they are able to personalize the workout for each person when needed, and still make it challenging for everyone at whatever level they are at. Throughout the stages of the pandemic, gyms have had to follow different protocols, and CrossFit Onus has been amazing at making me feel safe to work out there. Everyone has an assigned spot and it's plenty of room between people for all the equipment being used during that workout safely. The available class times are very convenient and provide a wide range of opportunity for people to come in throughout the day and night. I have now been here for 1 month and am extremely happy with CrossFit Onus and how they operate. The community is great and if you've been thinking about giving it a go, you totally should!
