Not worth it. Didn't even get my full hour…read more Booked a 1 hour regular massage with hot stone. Came in a later at 6:05pm on a Monday when they weren't busy. Started on me at least 5+ mins after I came as I was laying waiting in the room for a while. Afterwards, said "1 hour finished." When I checked the time it was 6:59pm. So I paid $100 for maybe 45-50 minutes depending on what time they actually started. Massage itself was okay enough. Weird part is she kept completely leaving the room and returning, so that was a ding. Besides leaving to get the hot stones I wasn't sure what the constant leaving was about. The oil they use, in combination with the room temp left me feeling very very cold whenever it was applied to my body. The hot stones felt good and was a welcome from the cold "lube-feeling" massage oil. Also, I was told feet would be included in the full body. She barely touched my feet however, especially after I was asked to turn over. I enjoyed the leg stretching part but literally, feet were not touched. They were just neglected. Another major ding for me is them asking me to pay for the service in full upfront BEFORE getting anything done. I thought that was a red flag. Why am I paying in full for services yet to be rendered. Then asking me for a tip after not even giving me my full hour and a lackluster massage. Will not be returning.

About 30 minutes into my second massage, David, hit a knot in my right arm that no other massage…read moretherapist has ever found before. Now, I've been getting massages somewhat regularly for my adult life, so to have someone focus on an area that *obviously* needed help for the first time in almost 20 years was pretty spectacular. Make no mistake, David is fantastic at what he does, but if you're expecting a relaxing session with essential oils and a nice light massage, this is not the place. David gets INTO your knots and muscles and, while he will always check in to make sure the pressure is ok with you, his goal is to find and eradicate your pesky pain problems. His technique is different from anything I've ever experienced before and it's been very effective! With each visit, more and more of my bundles of tangled muscle dissolve. On top of his obvious experience, he is a wonderful, genuine person who instantly put me at ease. If you're looking for muscle pain relief, this is your place!

During that time, I have been scheduling all my appointments with one masseuse. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, that therapist was not available for this week's appointment, so I was offered one with another masseuse, Catherine, whom my wife has gone to multiple times. Initially, I was hesitant to change practitioners, even for just one session. My usual therapist has been working on me so long that she knows quite well where I hold all my tensions and knots. But based on my wife's recommendation, rather than skip my session, I decided to keep my regular appointment and have Catherine work on me. In short, Catherine is a very skilled masseuse! She carefully listened to what I requested, what I was looking for, and then I just left it in her hands...literally. She worked a bit differently, using different techniques than my usual therapist, but clearly knows her stuff. She takes feedback very well and is truly committed to providing an outstanding experience. All in all, another highly satisfying experience at Elements Massage. I would recommend Catherine without hesitation.

The massage portion of the facial was amazing and easily the highlight of the service. However, I don't feel the service was worth the price point. While the esthetician was kind and explained her steps, the actual treatment felt rushed, as if my face was just being "played with" rather than treated. Several of the masks and cleansers caused a burning sensation that wasn't addressed. Most disappointingly, I woke up today with my skin looking worse than when I went in. I also received zero aftercare instructions. I wasn't told whether to wash my face, what to expect regarding irritation, or how to maintain the results. This is a WARNING to future customers about the highly deceptive pricing practices at this…read moreestablishment. I visited as a walk-in, intending to receive a standard foot massage at the general price point I am familiar with, which is often reflected by their widely advertised Groupon rate. The total cost I was asked to pay was nearly DOUBLE the lowest advertised rate. When I inquired about the significant price discrepancy, the employee offered two questionable and misleading explanations that felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch tactic: False Service Distinction: I was told that the foot massage I requested was somehow "different" from the one advertised at the lower rate, despite the service description being vague and matching general expectations. False Redemption Rules: I was then falsely told that the Groupon rate was not available for "walk-ins" and that I would have to schedule an appointment at least two weeks in advance. Based on prior experience using similar services, this is a clear fabrication intended to force customers into paying the much higher, non-discounted rate. I felt pressured and misled into the transaction, ultimately paying an inflated price. An honest business does not employ intentional dishonesty regarding simple walk-in pricing and appointment rules. While the massage itself was performed, the overall experience was completely ruined by the frustration and sense of being financially exploited. I strongly advise checking all prices and terms (in writing) before you sit down, and be prepared to leave if they attempt to pull this bait-and-switch on you. Make sure you use Groupon before.
