False Redemption Rules: I was then falsely told that the Groupon rate was not available for "walk-ins" and that I would have to schedule an appointment at least two weeks in advance. Based on prior experience using similar services, this is a clear fabrication intended to force customers into paying the much higher, non-discounted rate. I felt pressured and misled into the transaction, ultimately paying an inflated price.
