We've visited three times so far, and they consistently deliver a tasty treats with good time vibes. The first time in, on a hot day, the soft watermelon custard was so refreshing and not too sweet, it was exactly the right choice. Third time, the spumoni had the three Italian flavors perfectly balanced. The staff are always friendly and easygoing! One trip we sat by the window and we were all boiling!!! On their Facebook/IG it always says come in and enjoy A/C but the employee told us it's always super hot by the windows, so no hope of a cool environment if you're in a big party. On another visit (with my 5yr old) it took them almost 50min to bring out her Italian soda. We basically took it to go at that point. I also feel like prices have gone up a lot. The average piece is around $50 or you can paint a ceramic animal for closer to $20. Overall I know I'll be back because the employees are great and getting to paint your own pottery is fun, but I wish the building/food experience was better! Still 4 stars, and watch their social media for deals!

Maybe because I am not the biggest fan of this type of dessert, but I tried the new chocolate raspberry flavor, which was nothing special. Salted caramel was overwhelmingly sweet. Impressive! The service was great! Very kind-hearted staff at the front that walked through how the frozen yogurt purchase process worked. did not make me feel dumb when I asked questions. Was very patient to answer questions and clarify the discount for Veterans Day to me. I liked that there were tables in and out of the shop. Felt roomy, even in the area where you get the frozen yogurt and toppings. Pleasantly surprised! I wish that they had more activities with the Menchie's character line, like coloring pages, black/whiteboards, or games. I have seen that at other Menchie's locations, but shockingly not this one... hm
