The man working there was very polite! We only got the Birria tacos but they are the best in town for sure!!! The place could definitely be better & the work things hidden better. Food still smacks though so ‍ Thank you guys

Though the location isn't very appealing the food is truly incredible!!! We've driven over an hour just to eat here for dinner!

The gorditas are really the best I've eaten. Better than anything I've eaten here in Aurora. Bravo Sophia!

We started with two cups of cream of chicken rice soup and was surprised that this bakery didn't offer rolls with the soup, so I chose to use the toast from the meal I ordered. It worked perfectly. I will add that soup was served barely lukewarm. Not ideal, but we ate it. Next, we ordered a Tuna Melt with fries and a Lincoln Inn Special. We both agreed the food was good. Our server was very nice. She was attentive and assisted when asked. We also ordered the Strawberry Crepes to go. But we couldn't stop there, lol. While at the register, there were cinnamon rolls and pecan rolls, so we grabbed one of each. We enjoyed those a little later while we waited for our child who was at the camp. Both were delicious! I think it's great how the photos of many years are going across the walls and that they support the local college and their sports. Such a nice touch. There was a gentleman who came over and introduced himself and asked if I knew anyone in the photos. I do not recall his name. He was kind and told me about the photos and about how he created one in particular which was rather impressive.

They have music playing in the background. The room is nice and cold and a great break from the hot outside weather. You may have to bring a sweater if you don't like it too cold. It is a very clean, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere. Our waitress was really sweet and helped me pick out one of the simple sandwiches. There are lots of food items and love that they have fresh baked cookies too. My husband ordered the Corned Beef Hash with eggs over easy. Pancakes without powdered sugar and sugar free syrup. I ordered the simple sandwich - Turkey Everything was delicious If your in the area, come and give this restaurant a try, you won't be disappointed.

This has a nice restaurant vibe - nice tables, tablecloths, art on the walls, good lighting, nice, quiet carpeted spaces. There is a lot to like. We made a reservation, were greeted at the door and then promptly seated. Water came out quickly, along with the menus and the wine list. The wine list was a bit light in that all the bottles were typically lower cost. With such a wide variety of food on the menu, it deserves a bit more depth and some better wines to be included. Not that the wines that were included were bad - they were not. They are just at the very low entry end of the market. Picking up a few from Justin, Stag's Leap, and others in the $80 range would help enhance the restaurant's list. We both ordered entrees, which came with the either soup or salad - we both elected to get salads, where I selected a Caesar and my wife had a standard salad. The Caesar had plenty of parmesan cheese and croutons. The dressing was a bit thin - traditional Caesar dressings are cream based, this one seemed to be light on the garlic and anchovies. No anchovies were available, so it's kind of a light "Caesar." The regular salad my wife had was good - she enjoyed it. For the main course, I ordered their Filet Mignon, medium rare with a baked potato. The server asked if I wanted butter and sour cream, which I did and which was provided. The filet is provided in a cabernet reduction. This may have been a bit much, it was hard to taste the filet with the reduction. The filet came with broccoli which was steamed and was nicely done. The baked potato was cooked through (as expected, and worked well with the butter and sour cream. My wife enjoyed her Shrimp and Grits - the shrimp was cooked quite nicely and seasoned well. We were concerned about the meal size, so we skipped an appetizer, and it was a good thing since she took half of her shrimp and grits home. We were not rushed out of our table, and had a good time.

PJ's has a lot of typical tavern fare including booze and fried stuff. Also some things are healthier. The prices aren't that bad especially with the specials they often have so ask about these. Came at lunch and we got seats at the bar. It's got enough room that you could bring a group. There's also more dining on another side so plenty of tables. Has pretty much what's expected at a tavern as far as drinks and food. It's about $5 for the cheapest cocktails, so okay prices. The best one of these we had was the Wheatley Vodka Club, which is ironically pretty simple. It's $11 for the Beyond Burger. This comes with lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. Fries are on the side or you can get something else. The rest of the menu is pretty meaty with things like burgers, hot dogs, and the Italian beef sandwiches. Has a lot of things to like here. It's located in a historic building and is one of the more happening places in town. There's even a few things for vegans and vegetarians.

It is a big place. They make their own Bloody Mary mix and it is yummy! Solid bar food. We had pretzel nuggets with mustard and an amazing garlic parmesan dipping sauce. I like that the pretzel is broken up into pieces. The southwest egg rolls were good with a dipping sauce. The breaded pork tenderloin is huge! It comes with plenty of iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, onions and a tasty honey mustard sauce. The fries are addictively good. They have seasonal drink and food specials. I think the prices are reasonable. If I am in the area, I will go here again.
