My wife and I frequent TRH in many states and I can tell you the service this restaurant provides far exceeds many of our other experiences and it wasn't any different again when we were there last week and Matthew was serving us. He did a great job as the food was great and the beers were on time. You can see the hard work and determination of the management and the incredible job they do. During our last visit we had the opportunity to talk with Janelle for a bit and I can tell you it was quite evident that she truly goes above and beyond to put customers first and make everyone feel welcomed and appreciated. Her dedication to the staff there is a true reflection of her commitment to the restaurant and the people who work there. While speaking with Janelle many employees came up to her for one reason or another and it was apparent she supports her team. From what I could tell is she doesn't just manage a restaurant; she builds a team and creates a positive work environment where employees feel supported and morale is high. I would venture to say that much of the restaurant's continued success is a reflection of her leadership, hard work, and genuine care for others. She is an incredible asset! The restaurant, employees and customers in Sycamore are fortunate to have her!
