I ordered medium supreme pizza, beef bolognese pasta, and small Italian sub with sweet relish. The sub was around 9 inches and the bread is not as crunchy as I'd expect. Beef bolognese pasta portion was huge. They put too much cheese on the pasta but thats just me perhaps. Pizza was thin crust and unfortunately supreme pizza is abundant with toppings so most of the toppings fell off when I ate it. This pizza joint has decent dining areas so, kudos to the designer. read more

Just ordered a veal parm sub off Door Dash and I was very happily surprised. I am pretty particular and had some order notes like sauce on side, extra parm on side, etc. They went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests. Now on to the food itself. The flavor was great, the sauce was robust, the bread was the perfect amount of toasted, 9.4 out of 10. This is an awesome place. I ordered takeout from here. I got the Manicotti and it was great. The sauce they put on it was delicious and they gave me a good amount of Manicotti so I even had a little left over when I was done eating. I added a side garden salad to the meal with Italian dressing and the dressing was also very delicious and tasted like it was homemade. The order took a while to get here but I ordered from them at around noon which is a very busy time so I can't really blame them. The place is located in an extremely busy area and I bet that they get not only phone orders and Grubhub orders but they also get employees coming in from the other local businesses getting takeout for their lunch breaks. The taste of the food and the quality and the portion size that I received was definitely worth the wait. The food was still hot when it arrived so they are also very good at keeping delivery orders hot. I really enjoyed the meal and I will order from them again. read more

Their chicken cutlet is served with all the yummy toppings (cheese, lettuce, tomatoes) and bacon. It was toasted and it was beautifully made. It was delicious and I'll def be ordering again. Once I entered the store I was greeted with a kind and respecting cashier. The cashier helped me order my meal and was overall very nice. I sat down and the food came relatively fast. Absolutely horrible experience with the owner. I've ordered from here a few times without issue. This was the first time I had an issue and it was handled horribly by the owner. He said he made my food. Would barely let me speak. Pulled up my order as he was realizing his mistake. He sent me a new order. Feeling the situation was rectified I let it go. Only to awake to an email saying my order was adjusted and he charged me more for his mistake!! He should be thankful anyone is even purchasing food from his establishment during the pandemic as a lot of other businesses have had to close. Completely disrespectful. Will never order from here again. Hope it closes. Owner doesn't sound very sorry for our "miscommunication" which was understood very clearly. He needs to take a seat and hire some real cooks. Worst service I've ever had. I thought this stuff only happened in (bad) comedy movies. Today is my coworker's last day at the job, so we decided to order food to celebrate, and chose to call Sofia Pizza House. We ordered at about 11:40am. Right away issues started, as we were ordering Special #6 which included two 1-topping pizzas. We asked for chicken as one of the toppings, at which point the employee put the manager on the phone, to tell us that chicken counts as 2 toppings -_-. After finally getting the order in, the employee advised it would be about 40min (so by 12:30 right? Wrong.). Eventually 1:10pm rolled around (a full hour and a half after we started this debacle) and still no word from this fine establishment. So, we called. The employee then told us that they "FORGOT" half of our order, and that they had to then cook it and that the food should now be on the way, within 5min. Great. After another 20min, we finally got a call from the delivery driver (the one good thing about this place is their cool delivery driver) . He came in and apologized for his coworkers' incompetence, and seemed sincere enough about it; so we thanked him and got our food. After opening the food, we found that they did not include our waffle fries , gave us the wrong flavor wings, and didn't include any plates, cups, napkins, etc. I know this doesn't seem like that big of a deal, but after waiting 2 hours we were hoping that they would at least have the decency to give us what we ordered. So we called back and told the employee, who had the AUDACITY to ask us to return the wrong flavor wings, after making us wait 2 hours for this already underwhelming and incorrect order; that they butchered. After telling them that this is ridiculous since this was their error (also, what were they going to do with these wings if we did return them, serve them to other unfortunate customers, or eat them themselves?) and they just need to come bring us what we ordered, the employee said ok and that they would send the correct food. It's currently 2:10pm (2 and a half hours after this started) and we have yet to hear from the store. I'll update this once we hopefully receive the rest of our order. I'm upset. UPDATE: It's 2:20pm , the cool driver just brought us our waffle fries and Sweet Alabama wings (which really just look like BBQ but I don't want to ever call this place again so we'll take it) . I asked him if the person taking orders is new, and he said no it's the BOSS, and that he must be having an off day. Off indeed sir. In summary: Accuracy/Attention to detail : 0/10 Customer service: 5/10 (would be a 0 if not for the driver) Food quality: 6/10 (pizza had little to no sauce, fries are soggy, wings were subpar) Would not recommend. I hate posting bad reviews because it's only one experience but we were just very disappointed. I put my order in online around 6 and the order didn't arrive until after 8pm. Of course, because of this, the pizza (philly cheese steak) was cold and really unfortunate looking, the waffle fries were soggy and sad, and the sub was drenched in mayo and the turkey was discolored. I called them to check on the order around 745 and they said they were really busy. I can understand that but to wait two hours and then receive what we got was just upsetting. I felt like we didn't really get to eat and just lost out on $40 including a tip for the delivery.
